When poor, low and middle class people's houses were demolished ( inspite of having proper Govt permissions, valid records ) without sufficient notice period, they lost everything and became orphans and suffered with small children, aged parents, ill health family members, and without food and shelter. This situation is very painful and inhumane. If thr same happens to the demolishing staff, authorities, Heads, Rulers, Ministets - who are all having families and in very comfort zone - should introspect. If thr present Government gives permission and after another 5 yrs the next Govt again demolishesthen what eill happen? Where is enf for this? Is there any guarantee that the next Govt. will not demolish? just like the present Government? Hence, before implementation of the present demolition, it should br discussed in Assembly thoroughly, laws to be made, alternative arrangements to br made for the affective people giving sufficient time and the whole public should be informed well in advance. Where is the necessity to implement these demolitions over night as the houses properties or residents or owners are not going to run away. If all the affected go yo High Courts and Supreme Court for compendations for loss of property, loss of life, loss of prestige, mental agony, loss of time and ig the judiciary uphelds the case and approves all compensatons to be paid by Govt. then the Govt. had to incur crores of rupees, which is heavy burden to Govt. and if the judiciary fixes fault on the Govts who gave permissions for constructions then what is the position of Govts? and then what will happen to the sanctity of governance for people specially for poor as all political parties claim that they are all champions for the safety and welfare of poor and middle class people in this contry. In conclusion, what I feel that Hydrra's intentions are good buy it's implementation dhould be proper, broad based should not affect specially poor or any one but take suitable actions on those who really did violated the rules and laws. And also implementation of Hydraa should be transparent and without partiality whatsoever, how big or small like actions of past Electiion Commissioner late Shri TN SESHAN
