Great video! The only issue I see is with expressing sympathy when there is a vast difference between empathy and sympathy. Sympathy imparts that you have gone through the same situation ie when someone is widowed and you have been widowed as well so you can sympathize with that experience. Empathy is a sincere attempt to understand what the person is feeling due to a negative event and listening to the people express their displeasure. Thanks so much for the theory explanation
