This video tries to explain what they are and when to use because or since. First half is in English and from 5:54 the Japanese explanation starts.
Thanks for explaining the difference between because and since. I have learned a lot of English since watching your videos. I would like to see more videos like this one.
Thank you so much, Chris! This was really helpful and meaningful! Its so hard to find these differences in dictionaries. I’m lucky that I found your channel😊
Thank you so much! This is my favorite series since I enjoy, respect and care nuances greatly. From certain point in the past, I gradually realized that I like checking synonyms, but sometimes I was unsure and uncomfortable to use the slightly different words after just reading very limited written explanation and examples. You have educated me, helped me and satisfied my curiosity at the same time 😊
I love to use synonyms as well. Actually I have made many, many mistakes with word choice trying to use new words I wasn't sure of the meaning. But it has helped me learn when I can and can't use them so I'm actually not upset when I get them wrong. it's just another step in my Japanese ability development!
なるほど! I need to save money because I'm going to Japan. お金を節約しないといけないんだ。だって日本に行くからさ!(日本に行くことをより伝えたい) I need to save money since I'm going to Japan. お金を節約しないといけないんだ!日本に行くからさ。(お金を貯めないといけないことをより伝えたい) みたいな違いですかね。英語は得意ではないですがクリスさんがゆっくり話してくれるので英語パートでもだいたい理解できた気がします!Thank you, Chris!
うぽつです!とても分かりやすい説明ありがとうございます😊 最初の英語で理解出来ました!とても聴き取りやすくて嬉しかったです! Thank you for making this video on a difference between "because" and "since".
