I can't with this, Stefan an Caroline are more like siblings. Klaus and Caroline are true love. I feel so bad for Klaus I am crying for him 😭😭❤️

@@jackwhitbread4583Some people still haven't gotten that there is a difference between love and being in love. Being in love is just a chemical rush. It includes a lot of selfish feelings like jealousy and lust.
Love is what can only develop over time. It's wishing someone the best. It's a choice, not an emotion. The entire "and they loved happily ever after" thing is unrealistic because after the lovey-dovey phase a relationship is hard work. Just like loving someone who chooses somebody else is hard work. You constantly have to balance your own emotional reactions - pain and jealousy - out with the knowledge that their happiness and their free choice is more important to you than anything else. That is the only thing to make the pain worth it, and it's the only thing that will finally make it go away. As unrealistic and BAAAAAD as TVD and TO are relationship-wise, in this case Klaus is showing mature behaviour.

Yes, i think it was the 1st episode when they all went to the bonfire.
Caroline was just crazy about landing a good looking boyfriend but Stefan was already too into Elena.
He told her bluntly that 'they were never gonna happen'.
It's sad how things ended between them in the end.
But i never believed they were ever meant to be together at all.
They were better off as best friends.
Stefan hurt her way too much before they even became a couple and even continued to do so after deciding to be together.
She deserved much better.
I always had hoped that she would've chosen to stay with Alaric even if she didn't love him, but again that wasn't meant to be either 😓
