@@TroysHobbies - absolutely ! Just picked up a few one pound propane tanks yesterday evening. Going to try it out this morning. Spam and eggs for breakfast ! 😋
@donaldkimballjr1138 I greatly appreciate your sub!. I thank you again. It's cold over here in Eastern Washington state, so the camping gear reviews slowed down a little. I'll be getting on the again here shortly.
Great review. I was checking out your page on your other videos and decided to subscribe. I kinda like this stove and probably will purchase one. I will see if I can get a longer cable for it for safety reasons. Thank you for the content!😎
Thanks for the video and commentary. I’ve been on the fence about upgrading my stove, and my regulator broke this past weekend. I like the idea of the Jetboil Genesis Basecamp, but it’s too expensive. The stove you have seems like a more cost-efficient option. I’ve also seen another brand that uses isobutane, but I prefer propane since I carry a Mr. Buddy heater in the winter. I also carry isobutane for a small Jetboil for a quick coffee and a backpacker mosquito repeller. I wonder if your stove can use both fuels. I like the idea of dual fuels, just in case I can’t get one or the other. Thanks.
Have you tried the Maple spam??? Im in love Also you need to update your hyperlink the product is currently unavailable to your link it can be bought for $79 on their site but I would happily help you Bon Apitie

What kind of gas can be used ?
I was using the one pound green propane bottles. With a adapter, I could probably connect it to a larger 11 lbs or 20 lbs bottle

I'm not sure about the isobutane. They do sell adapters so I could attach this to a larger propane bottle. I carry an 11 lbs bottle in my trailer.
How has it been holding up!??
@@LostBoysRecovery still looks and works like it came right out of the box 👍
