My teacher is from Manchester and everytime lunchtime is over, we always watch newsround. I remember the day newsround announced the Manchester bombing my teacher was in tears, her eyes was like waterfall! I saw her just going outside the room. When she came back she told us that her sister was one of the victims and that she's in hospital. Our homework was changed to making a poem for her sister to encourage her to stay brave. A year later, (not her teacher anymore) her sister came to visit our school. She told us her story and how our poems were really helpful. I'm so proud to make a victim of this terrible event back to the position she was before. Happy and Strong :)
They were thankfully unharmed in the attack, but one of my friends now has PTSD of loud noises and was incredibly frightened during Bonfire Night last year. A girl who I consider my little sister left just before it went off and she heard it from outside the stadium. If she would've been just a couple of minutes later, the would have been in the middle of the blast. She was 12 at the time.

My boyfriend was there that night as he was working as stage crew, luckily he was unhurt but he and many others went to a local hotel that night, and remembers all the young kids who were panicking and asking for their mums e.c.t, and he still has nightmares from that too. I had a friend from my old school who went to that concert. She didn’t get hurt or anything physically but I knew how much she went through that night and I want everyone to be aware how much pain this caused

It’s so horrible what happened :( I remember I used to be extremely active on twitter during around that time and a girl I had talked to a few times because we were in a fandom together was one of the 22 victims and even that made me extremely shocked and upset. So I can’t imagine what these people have been through as well as the injured or the family and friends of the victims :(

i am from the usa. me and my family were on a trip to england. me and my family really wanted to go to that concert. we bought tickets, and we were on our way. on the way there, my mom fainted. we took her to the hospital, missing the concert. (she was just dehydrated). one of the best miracles of me and my familys life
