You know, what really amazes me is that "by the fans" part. Yhere is so much content made by the fans that's just integrated into it. Even games that are, for all intents and purposes, fangames that cross into semi-official territory. In a way, the Touhou setting, though created by one man, became a sandbox of sorts for all sorts of people to express their creativity with it. And it all forms a greater whole. It's hard not to get sucked into it.
i don't know if this in intentional, but somehow putting Flandre's theme, after the All theme hit my feels so hard. It was as if she wasn't included in part of the family TT. Great video though. I really enjoyed it.

Not only that, but since Touhou characters don't get that much development in the actual games, fans love this cause they can speculate and make their own theories and games. The world of Touhou, as far as the psychology and personalities of the touhou characters is mostly by the fans. This series is pretty much the pinnacle of "By fans for fans"

It is literally just an arrangement of all the bosses main themes, aka all the songs before it. You can likely find similar, but it is a one of a kind arrangement here from the sounds of it.
I have to agree a lot with RunnerGuitar and CyberDagger003, the ridiculously difficult gameplay attracts a lot of people, as well as the music in the game. It's why I first started playing because I had heard U.N. Owen was her? wanted to see what it was from, saw the game, so I started playing, and I still play it today.
clyde asd Not exactly. Daiyousei didn't even have a name at this point, and the theme doesn't only play during her fight. It is the stage theme, not the midboss theme
Patchouli's theme and Remilia's are fast paced, but anyway is a good orchestral version. Still playing the Shooting panic Saga (playing DDC TH14 now), and I've to say that maybe this is the best Touhou BSO over all (with a few exception themes)at least for me. PS: A like for every Lunatic gamer like me!! xD
