This procedure is used by all carpet cleaners before you came into existence, the only difference is that non-franchise companies do not have to dance around the truth and will explain that certain chemistry must be used to remove certain stains.
As a big franchise operation I would expect you to use Royalty Free music instead of ripping off musicians that work hard to produce it. The words "Audio Jungle" can be heard very slightly because the creator or this video did not pay for the music he stole. Shameful.
