The openness of a Studio Apartment, is so inviting and cheaper, than the 1BR! The square footage, is tiny in the New Studios Apartments. But, the beach views are quite lovely, in the older ones, with more square footage! The amenities, are everything! Nice enjoyable tour!👌 (Marina Del Rey, would be a nice place, to tour next!)
