Great video! Also I use to reside at Park Wilshire and it was very nice and the location was convenient. However I was that the community would install washer and dryer’s in the unit and central air and heat. But due to this community being vintage, that may not happen.

I was really enjoying the stream of the Apartments until the GUY starts to talk. I had to end it at that . Totally killed the relaxing vibe.

I lived in a studio near downtown LA and they had the closet looking space with no bars they told me those apartments used to have Murphy beds and that's where the beds went also I had this weird tall empty cabinet that used to house an ironing board as well! :) love old LA apartments

Love love LOVEEEE the first one😍😍!!.. I think the music is okay but I think I would much prefer u talk about the places and the area for each. Maybe include if there’s a parking garage and how many spaces, if u hear noise from the other buildings or the street, if there’s excessive homeless/ homeless encampments near the building entryway, any convenient stores near by like grocery or 7/11s , pets allowed, what floor each one is on, what u can see on the other side of the tub frosted wall in the first one (if it’s totally opaque or if u can see silhouette )etc. my biggest thing tho is I feel like that the camera is being held really low in a lot of the footage, especially with the first place, I felt my head physically trying to like look up lol or scroll my screen up to make sure it’s showing the whole screen. I feel like it took away from the fact of the place having such tall ceilings, and I was hardly able to catch that the bedroom walls or the bathtub walls didn’t fully go up (I still love the place but just something that I feel like that I noticed I felt like I had to rewind and kind of catch and pause for be able to actually see and try to fill in the gaps with how, I’m assuming, the full shot actually looks like. And lastly, ensuring that you show the apartment in its entirety. I notice in the back of the kitchen there was this excess space, like a little nook area or something, and I was excited for u to walk back and show it but, it felt like I just caught a glimpse of a space back there in passing and then it moved on. Another example, I think I saw, in the living room near the window, facing the kitchen, a little gap, idk if walkable or not, that might’ve lead to that nook area towards to back of the kitchen, possibly giving that excess space 2 entrances? I’m not sure cuz it was so quick of a pass by with the camera without fully exploring that. Overall, good job tho and good choice of apartments to view with good/ fair budget ranges for the average the overall average person if I’d say so super helpful there😊👍🏽 excited to see other buildings/ areas (maybe some closer to the west side) on your channel! Highly appreciated content please keep it up! 💖

I think it is awful that people are asking 2,500 dollars for a studio. Corporate greed is alive and doing well in this country.

I have to say that I live in DTLA in a high rise apartment. In my master bath to accommodate my disability, they had to remove my bathtub and it absolutely works for me. My guest bath still has a large tub in it. Also, instead of a stackable washer & dryer, I have an all in one-again, I truly LOVE IT-I don’t have to leave my apartment or worry about getting enough coins to collect for laundry day!

2:54 I really prefer having a balcony because I like being able sit outside, especially during sunrise and sunset. 🌅 😎 6:02 Love the city view 🙌 Side note: There are these ‘micro-loft’ styled studio apartments in downtown LA called Studio House. I'm not sure if you've already toured them or heard of them but I'd be interested to see a tour of them and to hear your thoughts! They're on Olive st. if you get the chance to. 🙂

Whoever that guy that is talking, please leave him off. He does nothing for your videos. He's very negative with his description of the units. No one wants to hear that mess. His attitude and voice are not pleasant at all! Why is he is down grading the units? It makes you want to unsubscribe and click to someone else's channel.
