I believe it's because the red parts on the Morning Tail Coat helps to balance out the colour well. Everything else is hard to match without it looking like an eyesore. Why dont the boots go over the pants when I try it
You need to modify when you come out of the wardrobe lists. You can change shirt collar, boots, sleeve length etc and one is pants over or under boots
