@@AHHA54 Pretty sure the deagle in COD was never spun on inspects, only revolver inspects had spinning, and those revolvers don't have safeties. Tactical and well made doesn't equal "inspired by COD".
The attention to detail with the models is phenomenal, definitely a major improvement over the standard TAC mod. The models also still have a very uniquely Minecraft look to them
I'm one of the animators from Timeless and Classic, and I can see a lot of people think that we took the animation directly from MW as if we like port it into minecraft. This isn't true. Our style is inspired by MW but not directly copied. The animation is mixed between the old TaC animation and MW animation.
I have played the old tac(when it was still an addon for crayfish gun mod) and this is genuinely impressive.what it was to what it is now is like comparing night and day.
Also the firing animation doesn’t show the belt links being ejected but given the detail in the models and animations of every other gun I think it can be forgiven

I think it'd be viable to make all realistic models be optional skins. Crayfish's gun mod works not because it's polished or detailed, but because it deliberately leans into MC's simplistic style. Just having more options for ammo and weapons with better animations is enough. You don't need the extra polygons.
