this whole case was unbelievable. and his AUDACITY to appeal when we know he is a MURDERER is insane. i enjoyed the Post Mortem. this whole situation is sad!!!! RIP Andreen.
He didn’t even have defensive wounds
Speaks volumes!!
They could’ve at least thrown in desecration of a corpse to get a few more years on the sentence!
"It's absolutely her fault" Wow...if nothing else convinced me of this man's guilt, that did it for me.
Ooh, when he said he hit her in the face after burning her . That last blow, because it was "her fault". That's chilling.
Well in a way it is. She chose to cheat and cheating messes with people's mental state.
She did do it to herself. They kinda glossed over the fact that she was having an affair and got those tattoos. She should have just left him but she was being greedy and didn't want him to take half in the divorce.
Yeah it actually is her fault why do yall be in denial because she got killed
@@punchibelle1we haven’t hear her side of the story, besides that cheating is not a fault to die for.
That is not self-defense, HE is using the fact that she is stronger than him to JUSTIFY his ACTIONS.
So SAD on both ends.
She's not stronger than him,but she's indeed strong.
She was for the streets. He should have left her in Jamaica.

Thanks for the giggles 😂😂😂
I truly needed it ❤
Im with the sister here, how the eff did they choose manslaughter? That man blamed her for killing her. He wasnt just unapologetic and without remorse, but he degraded her on the stand. Evil.
Do you know the definition of venerated?
@@Liiinebecc yeah I do. Good catch. I've slept 2 hrs in the last 5 days bc my aunt is dying and I just wasn't thinking tbh. I know it means the opposite of what I said. My bad. What's sad is im so damn tired im not sure what word I thought I was using lol. This just made me realize how tired I really am. Damn
Liiinebe what are you saying, where and how should she have used the word venerated in her comment? What do you think venerated means?
@@bethewalt7385 no it wasn't her (assuming) fault. I had originally said venerate instead of eviscerated on the stand. She corrected me. But I was so tired I couldn't remember what word I meant to use. It was my fault. I'm aware venerate means like the opposite of what I intended. But I was so effing tired when I commented I misspoke. Blame me. 😀

Husband? Boyfriend? Married Boyfriend? Married boyfriend's wife? Husband's mistress? All i know is that a man is involved.
🎯
It was a woman that created all this insanity.
And when a man is missing or a crime victim all I know that a wife, ex 304, ex-wife or girlfriend is involved. Those horrible toxic women. AVOID women.
Andreen played a dangerous game and lost. Andre invested a lot in her business and she seem to have allowed success to make her disregard this. This wasn’t right. However this didn’t give him the right to off her.
Be careful who you help. If you are not someone who can cut your losses and move on do not invest in anyone.
What are you talking about? His father did the same thing to his ex wife and his present wife, he is literally on trial here in jamaica, the man and him family a wicked
He was clearly a control freak, and he knew when he found out she got the tattoo that she was ready to move on. He wouldn't let her, though, and used their daughter and his interests in her business to keep her there.
You make some valid points. He ought to have left her way sooner, but his ego wouldn't let him. He needed to get revenge.....
100pc
@@moniho6907What smh imagine
This problem started when the ex reappeared in Andreen’s life . And I also think that the husband killed his wife out of rage and jealousy of Andreen’s infedelity . Praying for the daughter.
jealousy is the least worst thing , but branding yourself with tattoos of another mans initials ....thats freaking crazy ...thats a disrespect of another level...
This is what I said on the other video. How embarrassed that man must have been taking her to the country showing her nothing but love and she Fs him to the ultimate level
I always found it strange that he forgave her for cheating, but unalived her for opening up a separate bank account. There’s definitely more that he’s not saying.
Probably because it was another layer or disrespect and her being sneaky. He should’ve just separated from her to deal with his hurt and emotions. This didn’t need to happen 😢
FACT: Cheating sometimes ends in death esp. if men are being cheated.
@@missjoy6685the divorce wud have crippped him
It was probably piling up, she really was a monster.
I think he tried to do the right thing and move on from it...but the separate account was just too much of a betrayal. That put him over the edge....
If he'd killed her right after finding out the meaning of those tattoos his defense team would probably have had a much easier time by arguing it was a crime of passion. Bad jokes aside he should have removed himself from that situation, filed for divorce, got half of her business as he financed it and raised his daughter.
We normally see rich men betraying their wives, so this case has taught me power can corrupt men and women equally when it comes to marriage.
Those tattoos meant she had zero consideration for her husband. That must have been very hurtful for him.
Agree ! He gave her DREAM, LOVE, a daughter, a nice house. Never cheats on her and what did she do? Cheats on him, put his tattoo on her body even his birthday, keep rubbing it off on his face. I think she got what she deserved.
He seems like he was very controlling. She was independent and driven to succeed. She wanted out of the marriage, but she was tied to him through the business. It was a no win situation. People cheat when they're unhappy, when they resent a partner being controlling, etc.
It would have been so much better if she could have bought him out and they went their separate ways. They could have had the grandmas handle visitation drop off and pick up, and never had to see each other again. But I'm guessing there was some element of control with him. That level of violence to the point where he kills her, then goes one further and mutilates her corpse? Geez...

Shouldn’t blame the victim but ….she was cheating with her hometown old boy friend while making success base on husband’s support. I think she married to him because he was a just ticket her American life. That is a very unsettling start.
Exactly!
I agree. She didn't deserve death but you play with fire you're going to get burned.
Glad I'm not the only one feeling this way those tattoos were so disrespectful and as a woman I can see how that may push a man with no self control to the edge smh
Her poor little girl. Insidious father she has there. Awful.
I'm really glad the grandmas get along and can support each other. The one who lost the most is their little girl. It was selfish of him to take her mother away from her. And now she's lost both of her parents because he couldn't control his jealousy and resentment towards Andreen. 😢
He is not showing remorse because on the one hand, in his mind, it was self defense and on the other, he felt betrayed. In the end, neither of the parents thought in their own child, nor in their families. However one parent was more egotistical than the other causing this outcome.
My ex spit in my face while I was 4 months pregnant ... because I discovered him lying ... it was the most disgusting thing a person has ever done to me. I can only imagine that set him off ... no excuses for what he did!! But human beings should NEVER spit on one another. If I were to spit on my ex, I'd be featured in a true crime episode. Again, there are no excuses for his actions ... but there are consequences for every action.
It really doesn’t mean this murderer was telling the truth about being spat at.
That is his story, we don't know she did that.
@LadyChann absolutely ... I'm not arguing that possibility. I was spit on, and it was dehumanizing. That's all I wanted to add. I'm a 5-foot female, and my ex is 6'5" ... I literally feared for my life because I couldn't imagine him EVER going feral on me. Unfortunately, that DOES happen in relationships when partners get caught up in lies. I'm proof.

That’s disrespectful. She should of divorced him or left him if she wanted her ex . What he did was inexcusable but one can understand the hurt and pain and anger he felt for sure . Just leave. When people are in love they go crazy so pls stop playing with peoples emotions . She played with her husband’s emotions. She should of just left

It seems like his mother at least had sooome integrity...
Yes, she must have been heartbroken. Such a senseless tragedy.
I feel so sorry for his poor mother. She is so heartbroken
It just proves people with good parents and upbringing can be monsters from inside.
Uhh, no. As a parent, I would make sure he paid the ultimate price and regretted his decision the moment he was released.
How was the jury dead locked?? Get it together! She was a terrible wife, but no one deserves this.
I think she didn't see him as man enough, and their height difference didn't help either..and she loved herself a BAD BOY.
I can’t image thinking a Major in the army, not being man enough! In fact her family eluded to his position as one of the top reasons for her attraction. She simply felt full of herself. It was the power (financially & the community’s admiration) she garnered from her achievements. She was very young, successful, educated AND beautiful. However, it went unchecked.
She was a 304 who needed a green card.
@@Everyoneisanartist776 as you pointed out, she fell in love with his title, nothing else, not his character. Thats the first thing she mentioned to her family about him. The moment I saw a video of her carrying him on her back even though playing, I knew she never saw him as masculine enough.
She wanted a wild bad boy, not a soft spoken boring short guy. Thats my analysis though
@@paulsilas6037 you’ve made it sound very plausible, in the way you’ve explained it. 🤝
Her family is unbelievable. No one takes in account the fact that her husband brought her to America, used his whole retirement and funded her dreams, and she goes overseas to sleep with some old boyfriend back in Jamaica. How are her parents not ashamed? I swear, bun (adultery) is too normalized in Jamaica these days. I hurt for the husband. He would have been better off if he left her in Jamaica & found a decent wife in the military. I would take a DNA test for that child too since we know she stepped out of the marriage.
Good point about the DNA.
The Sins Of The Father! 🇯🇲
I have to wonder the amount of family and friends knew about the cheating going on and turned a blind eye to this toxic relationship
The sister said she knew they rekindled from her first trip back home. It takes balls to get a matching tattoo of your lover when married.
20 years for brutally killing her and dumping her body like rubbish ?? It's an insult to Andreens's memory and her family's.
RIP Andreen 💜
The lady seems to have used her husband to become a US citizen , used his money to start her business and then gone back to her old lover once she achieved success. She didn't deserve to die for her lack of morals or gratitude though!
That is one way to see it.
What a terrible unjust way to defame the deceased.

Sickening…him them…geez…my condolences to the family…
Seriously! I could possibly see a manslaughter verdict, if he would have called 911 right away and been 100 percent honest from the jump, instead of lying that he found her at the hospital. But that hammer was found in the garage, so that’s pretty hard to overlook. But he let everyone believe she went missing, knowing he had unalived her himself with the hammer and disposed of her corpse.
Interesting dynamic in this one - woman in the breadwinner role, thinks that gives her the leverage to have an affair if she feels like it, & it all goes sideways.
He was in cyber security lol He was also making money.
She started business with his money, and in general, there wouldn't be any business option for her without a US passport. He murdered her, he left their child an orphan, and that's horrific, but she had used him from the very start.
How do you know she used him from the start????... do you have insider information??...she could've gotten bored with him many years into their marriage...she probably threatened to leave him and we all know how that goes for women!.....
@@maggielarkin9314 She cheated with her hometown old boyfriend after many years of marriage. Her base of success was her husband aid and citizenship to start with. It makes you doubt that she married him for love or ? I do have some sympathy for the defendant’s situation but no excuse for his action. I usually agree that the most women suffer from domestic violence especially when divorce becomes matter however this victim was not that type of physical. I’d believe that she could take her shorter height husband with easy to equal match. Again no excuse for this man’s action.

Why would she get those tattoos? That sounds like a bomb waiting to go off.
This Jury got it WRONG!!! Adreen was so Beautiful & Smart & I must say looks like her Father & I'm so happy her family has her sweet daughter...
This is why you dont cheat and don't play with people's emotions. Dude is a piece of crap and scumbag for what he did but she could have walked away knowing she loved her ex and was cheating she could of took a little money she would lose in the divorce over playing with the man's emotions and poking the bear. Getting tattoos of your exs b day and his initial. Just saying this all could have been avoided.
I was amused when i heard her friend saying she did not want to loose 1/2 of her business....funny that ALL men loose more than that...
lose
oh really? is that how it works? "ALL men" lose more than half? And you're basing that on what data exactly? oh.... right; none, because it's not true. Haha, I love commenters who have no idea what they are talking about but are so confident in their "facts".
If he had totally finance the creation of that business he certainly had half coming to him. Especially when she had been dishonest toward him all along. She was a poor Jamaican nobody without any credit at all of her own. There's no way she could have gotten an "Assisted Living" business off the ground without a lot of capital, and he provided all that out of his military pay.

Her beautiful life was created with his money. She cheated on him and went so far as to get tattooed with the lover's birthdate. Had she been a good and faithful wife, instead of a gold digger, she would still be living her beautiful life.
He brought her to the US, sold his Mercedes and cashed his 401k for her business idea and now she wants her lover back! Some ladies are evil! Did she think the lover was going to be a better father to her child than her husband? I know she worked hard but still without her husband’s help she would’ve never made it or will take years and years until she can build this business. Her family should be ashamed of her cheating and selfish acts.
He funded her business too and yet she wanted sole credit for it's success. She just used him to become a US citizen and fund her business idea. Typical gold digger.

Wow, she was a terrible human being and an arrogant , mentally abusive demon. Imagine rubbing an affair in a spouse's face by getting tattoos of the man they cheated with then spits on you , adding to the abuse . I'm glad the jury got it right and gaver him a lighter sentence seeing that SHE was the abusive one in the relationship and her actions led up to her own demise , as up until the affair he was an great husband, willing to sacrifice for her dreams to come true. The only reason they gave him that is because she not here. He'll be out in 10 years with good behavior. The jury did right by taking into account who she was. She was NOTTT innocent.
I know that kind of anger and rage. I've lived it. When someone you've loved, totally trusted, and built a life with emotionally betrays you and who also tries to financially take advantage of you, it can send you to a horrible place mentally. If she had been honest about her feelings for the other man and if she had been willing to make an equitable distribution of marital assets with her husband, this tragedy probably would not have happened.

From the inside out..
The prosecution thought they'd have a problem presenting this to a jury. You'd have to have a jury of complete idiots to not understand that this man killed his wife. There's blood and d n a. Look at the stuff he bought at lowe's and then tried to destroy the receipt. Her body is recovered in a field six miles from their home. We know the farmer who owned the land didn't do it. I don't see where this prosecution's gonna have one bit of a problem presenting this case. I don't like that. They even have the nerve to say that.

Why are people ignoring the elephant in the room, while painting her to be an angel. She took advantage of her husband, used him, and cheated on him....she is dead because she couldnt keep her panties pulled up. I am no saying any of this is OK...but would she be dead had her broken hearted, humiliated, faithful husband been treated the way he treated her. She is a complete sociopath, a real she-demon. Cheating is never OK. He should have divorced her
Insane verdict! I would have stood on guilty!
Considering that we can never truly know what our future spouse is capable of, marriage involves a degree of risk. The number of spouses who harm each other is alarming, and often there are no early signs that one could become a victim at the hands of their chosen life partner. Tragically, this violence sometimes extends to their children as well.
Here's the thing, if it was an accident call 911. He wanted her gone so he could keep everything. Her case lawyers dropped the ball. This was about greed. He wanted her gone. AND by the way cheating is not a "get out of jail free card."
She got matching tattoos with the side dude and got his bday tattooed on her?!? She was TOO DISRESPECTFUL. I don’t doubt that she was probably the aggressor in the relationship. She definitely wasn’t afraid of him.
Getting her affairs birthday and a matching tattoo is an absolute disgrace. Not saying she deserved it but she was a heartless cheater.
Tattooed another males name on you?
She was asking for it. 🧐
What about abuse of a corpse? Something!
He got 20 years for brutally murdering his child mother and the audacity of appealling to the duration of his prison conviction. This too is RED FLAG. Oh my jail time is too long. He should consider himself lucky because of the inept judges and jury.
Crimes of passion are the worse there are. Betrayal is a tough thing to accept. It wasn’t wife success but the cheating of her for years on him to point matching tattoos made him snap after he gave all he had to start the business of her dreams
She used him and treated him like he was stupid, getting a tattoo of an initial and date with her boyfriend. She had a kid with this man and wasted years of his life. She is wicked. And he is a criminal.
She was too masculine and thought that she can outstand her husband. That's so messed up
She cheated on him both in business and in bed. He should have divorced her and get his share. I don't buy his story of self-defense.
A very toxic heartbreaking 💔 relationship. Both are guilty however he took it to the ultimate level.
