I saw this guy yesterday at Exclusive books Sandton. He was in a very serious conversation and couldn't go to him to say hello. And I was encouraged by his presence in the store. I am seriously fond of his mind. His views or perspectives are not for the fainthearted. He ones said that as a lawyer you don't choose who to represent, as long as there is a legal argument or issue or cause. An analogy extended to the medicals , the don't choose their patients. I am using this on analogy on leadership that you don't choose who to lead.

Sizwe this was a brilliant session and May you continue with the great work with your team . I was so sad when the session ended lol, that one hour and 27 min felt like a moment of Brevity ,cause every moment was truly an Aha moment and an unraveling of truth in it’s simplicity. Adv Muzi has a brilliant gift of simplifying that which is complex in nature .

Sizwe Mpofu SMWX at it again Ayeye Dr Sizwe, we are back and what a way to beginning.....Black consciousness......Advocate Muzi Sikhakhane's opening remarks speaks volumes at hit right at the core....I'm exactly like that as well, I forever don't fit in simply because I'm very conscious, I see injustice from afar and in every sphere I for one frown up it, I will never submit to it...which is why I'll continue to support those who strive to fight against injustice....very said that most black people don't want to face this reality AKA clever blacks💚🖤

The issues he is raising and the experiences he is reflecting on are actually not only in the legal spaces and courts, they are also in the civil service. Black managers go through exactly the same experiences. It is indeed a systemic issue in the true sense of the word.

I agree entirely that the Zondo commission was meant to be a process in scapegoating and therefore a journey in utter failure, a costly joke and an endightment on the politics of SA and, indeed, the SA judiciary. Recall the fight by bo-Mantashe that the commission should only confine itself to the years of Zuma administration and not go far back as if the commission was meant to be case against one person, Zuma. Zuma himself taught them a lesson by making sure that the scope of the commission went as far back as it did and the likes of Mantashe are refusing to account. I still remember vividly that Zuma even said in isi-Zulu that bazoizola. Excuse my poor Spelling, I know very little Zulu, if at all, but I understood him to mean that “ba tla itshola”, in se-Tswana, or that they will regret it, in English.
