    Sir trust me last one week I had a severe left side back pain above hip. Went to hospital and took some tests and used few medicines but the pain did not come down. I saw your video on Saturday and started doing this asanas from Sunday and trust me my pain had gone and so much relieved. You are so great and I will suggest this video for everyone.
