No water tray? I skipped through a little. Gonna be trying this today on my gas grill. Looks good man!
it helps alot if u put aluminum tray fill of water where the heat is at it keeps the chicken or rib anything u smoking extra juicier great video, and try and change ur wood chips like every hr nd half thats why it doesnt make alot of smoke passing that set of time

What was the total cook time?
I believe it was around 3 hours
@@TheHomeDad wow...3 hours? I think I will crank the heat a little higher and not open the lid too often...hopefully it will be done in 90 min...I will only be making 1 chicken.
@@Lilliancooks I was shooting for a low and slow, to show its possible to smoak on a gas grill
I don’t see much smoke, is that normal? I’m expecting to open the grill and have a cloud of smoke from wood pellets come out
Make another pack and make sure the hole is small in the pack.
They are only 6 dollars here in Oregon, might just do that big investment there!

@@TheHomeDad it's been fun to watch all of you people doing your bbq. Only done two so far. A 13 brisket, and a 4 pound pork shoulder. Kept it simply so far to get the smoking and time down first. Now time to play more with the flavors. Both turn out great.
