RAD's Manual Trash Route

While RAD uses an army of Heil Starr Systems to tackle your standard residential waste collection, they employee a handful of these Volvo WXLL Metro-Paks for trailer parks and other areas with tighter streets or limited waste that would make manual collection more practical.
In this video, you see one of the mobile home parks that receives manual collections from RAD. While RAD seems to be the exclusive provider for trash collection in this park, in other parks they compete with Redneck Rubbish (providing comparable manual service) and Republic (carted).
Featured in this video is 501, one of several WXLL Metro-Paks RAD owns. The body is ex LA city (you can see the paint wearing through in many places across the body) presumably refurbished and put on this Volvo chassis by Alliance.
