Kokanee Fishing at Lake Cavanaugh (((New Launch!)))

What a fun morning. Fast limit's of Kokanee in 45 minutes. Not including the new launch at Lake Cavanaugh.
I stayed at 27' deep with a 30' line out on the downrigger. The dropper I used was 2oz at 55' out.

PS; yes I upgraded my kayak trailer with a fish tube and a new top rack. :)

I'm new to kokanee fishing on Cavanaugh. Should I use more wedding rings? I have been using small streamer flies with a smile blade with decent success. I notice the quality of fish is much better with the streamer flies...

@@johnclark7052 Well, pink or orange color lures work good. Use orange corn...works great. Stay at 20' to 35' you will be in the money there. Good luck
