25:17 Too true, too real. Currently work for a manager who decided to not only pin basically everything on me when it took half a dozen people to orchestrate everything, but they have actively ignored all of my attempts to explain the context they willingly left out of their understanding.
I worked at a Mcdonald's with nearly the exact same floor plan as Spudsy's. Safe to say this episode brought back horrible memories of the chicken frier being cleaned on a windless summer night. And i thought rotting animals smelled bad...
If I had to grade the performances of the peoole here: Kinger: A+ (thanks for the beef) Pomni: A- (despite the Gummigoo thing, she did her job excellently) Zooble: A+ (despite usually being a complainer, they carried their weight and then some. Cooking, cleanup, fixing work area, looking after intoxicated coworker. Good stuff) Gangle: B+ (She was a very reasonable boss despite that breakdown. She tried to motivate her team, punished appropriately, and took responsibility for her failings. I would recommend being more encouraging and direct) Ragatha: D (Started good, but got inebriated and became more of a hinderance as she didn't do her job.) Jax: F- (Not only didn't do his job, but outright refused to do anything to help the workplace releatedly and was overall antagonistic.)
Jax technically DID do his job. We just don't see it onscreen. At least after his re-evaluation, he clearly gave up on refusing to do his job. Hell he went off to do the dishes after the "time to lean, got time to clean" line. Hell by that point, he's even become too tired to be really antagonistic to anyone
As someone who both has manic episodes and works in a restaurant as the lead expo i feel this episode on a spiritual level. This has happened so many times
really liked the ep even if it was a bit on the nose on some things. shame though cause this doesnt fit the usual pattern they go for and is a little less erratic so people will dislike it and rage at it more. they did some slight animation quirks too which we didnt see before. pretty neat.
"You got time to lean, you got time to clean."
Pretty much everyone I know, myself included, felt that.
"Oh God, we're in hell" is so genuine i felt it
this episode was too real
never mind about 25 minutes in immersion broken

I agree but although I like Kinger, I don’t even know what he did to get the A+. I thought he wasn’t part it the adventure this time.

Space King episode 2 also came out on the same day

Depression time.

What do you mean you did you not watch basically whole series is all feels
It was an “Interesting” video to say the least
My least favorite episode so far, BUT still fun. The animation feels a bit different here, doesn't it?
The stupid sauce is low hanging fruit for a joke about contemporary politics.
Nah, just getting stoned on the job
No it's the pink sauce
