The video of him recieving the Sonichu medallion is almost like watching the old Nick. Maybe because he's laughing and something funny is actually happening. Miss the old days.

Seeing Rekieta spiral downwards is almost like what a Killstream viewer had to go through when Ralph spiralled into becoming a truly nasty person especially after his first divorce with Nora because he listened to Dick Masterson and cheated on Nora with Adezero while almost at the same time cheating on Adezero with the teenaged Faith Vickers.
You are left wondering if it is just the alcohol and the vices or whether Ralph was always that nasty person. Turns out it is the latter after we learnt that he garroted the dog of a classmate out of spite when he was in grade school.

Seeing Rekieta fall so low like this is kinda sad tbh. All those years ago when he was toting that "Christian family man" kind of look I liked him because it's rare to not find an internet personality that isn't kissing the _arsch_ of political-correctness or becoming a degenerate in real time. I read the supposed threat EVS posted, if that's a threat then i'm the Easter Bunny. I suspect this is several dying channels attempting to latch on to drama for clicks. While they were trashing July the other night the dude was literally racking in donations playing some goofy video game. Jealousy seems to be the most likely reason for all this drama. July may speak on the matters for 5 minutes, but everyone else that covers it has hours of finger pointing and drunken ranting.
EVS has always come off as cantankerous but I never thought he was so delicate. He's very successful in comics and he's scared of something newcomer Eric July will do? In Rippa's chat, EVS chatted about Eric trying to silence him and brought up "receipts" like a teenage girl. They talked on the phone after that text - EVS should've addressed whatever problem he had then. He's trying to drum up a "comicsgate" in the alt-comic space and it's just ridiculous. I heard Nerdrotic has a problem with EVS too. Maybe EVS is the problem.

It is typical that a drop comes out of the whiskey bottle and its annoying af, but he can still learn to use paper like a sophisticated person.
I've been drinking whisky for years and never had this problem, sounds made up. Why would whisky be different from any other bottle of liquid? I imagine it's very rare and a non problem for a droplet of liquid to make it all the way down the bottle to then "ruin a surface"

@@jam9309 Well I have not experienced it with every bottle. Like I never experienced it with Talisker or Caol Ila. So it is about the design of the bottle I guess. I don't remember which ones I experienced it with since its been a while since I bought whiskey due to the economy.

Nick's morals are decaying like his neurons dying from all the alcohol. When he once championed Kiwifarms and sang it and Null aka Josh Moon (the owner of the site) praises for years when the farms started to talk more and more shit about Nick and his balldo obsession he began to resent it.

Tbf to CrimGoody, Nick has always in my recollection done it. It was a thing I noticed very early on as its gross. That said, I came along about 6 months before rittenhouse and only really ever listened to the earlier stuff while working.. so I'm confident he's been doing it a long time.. so your evidence puts him starting this behaviour between those two points...

The American legal system is just fine… your barely interact with it at all. All of the legal issues that exist within our system largely exist within other systems or are a side effect of us accounting for a different failing in another system. There’s a reason why null bases his company out of America and not anywhere else.
There are plenty of problems with our legal system. Undercharging/soft plea deals and light sentences, family courts, and imbalances between rich clients and everyone else. Our courts are still okay in terms of protecting rights but that's being eroded, and it was particularly bad during the COVID lockdowns. @@JimGordon
@@debroofgreen those problems are literally all worse in other countries. This is me talking about the comparative advantage of being in the American justice system. Not that there are not issues here in America, I agree largely with the points that you make for example
I'll take your word for it because I don't know how other countries do it. My girlfriend is British and the NHS completely botched her older relatives' healthcare, but she can't sue. You can ask for an inquiry but the people who investigate almost always side with the hospital/doctors. I do like some of the things other countries do such as a second DUI in Malaysia can get you 10-15 years in prison and a caning. We have people on the roads with 9+ DUIs. In New Jersay, a DUI is basically a traffic infraction and the suspect doesn't even have to sober up in jail before someone can pick them up. We allow far too many dangerous people to remain free (especially youth offenders, repeat offenders, and psychotic people). @@JimGordon
