Interesting having a go off the bricks in one of your usual boat haunts. For your families' sakes, I'd recommend you swap out sneakers for the gumboots, and wear your life jackets - particularly if you're solo like you were at times. If you ended up in the water, the gumboots would be like concrete blocks pulling you down, and a life jacket would save your life if you say, took a whack on the tumble into the water.
Another awesome video guys. Peak performance in Redbands haha. As someone else said a lifejacket wouldn't go a miss. If you want to get rid of that flicker when you're inside under fluro lights change the GoPro to 50hz. Its in settings.
