ride your scooter, bike, skateboard, skates, wheely-shoes, american flyer wagon, big-wheel, tricycle etc... on the streets with automobiles, you could get run over... Wow, another law will solve everything,, More bureaucrats in offices getting guaranteed paychecks and pensions to administer lots of money... will SOLVE EVERYTHING !! BRILLIANT WORK !!

I mean just build better designs that prevent these things, and not cameras. Sidewalk distance from traffic minimal. The bike lanes are just plain dangerous. Traffics speed is too high with pedestrian mix. The typical road and pedestrian design in the states is awful.
