    I'm so glad I found your channel! I've been dealing with some health issues & haven't been able to do cardio the way I used to, so I've gone to doing low impact & no jumping cardio. I've been doing A LOT of your videos now so I can stay active & so far, I'm actually loving these LISS & MISS workouts more than the old crazy high intensity cardio I used to do lol. Your workouts are a lot more enjoyable for me & less stress on my body. Thank you for doing these & sharing them with the TH-cam community so we can stay fit, even during times of struggle! ❤️️

      I'm so happy to read your comment. I actually recently realized myself that I was unnecessarily staining my body on a daily basis, and didn't burn more than I do with miss workouts. I'm so happy I can work out with you!

      @@BurpeeGirlLiss I feel like I also did the same & overworked my body 'cause I constantly felt fatigued trying to workout. With your workouts, I don't feel that way at all anymore, I have energy to complete them & my muscles don't feel sore & tired either! The MISS workouts are great! I'm glad your channel exists 'cause it's hard to find channels that just focus on LISS & MISS workouts, so thank you again!

    I am 48 woth thyroid disease, pcos and in need of a knee replacement. I started adding your workouts in especially the ones with strength training. I was able to do a hike that was 6 miles with 2000 ft. elevation. My husband was amazed and the only difference is your workout added to my normal walking.

      @@BurpeeGirlLiss Thanks. Accidentally started the cardio with dumbells that was over an hour long. I was breaking in new hiking boots and it wore me out but broke in my new boots.

    I tracked this workout using 2 bands: Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi MiBand5
    Amazfit 5: 2,61 km, 3722 steps, 241 calorie burn
    Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 4,05 km, 3650 steps, 269 calorie burn
    Please do it twice for 500-600 calorie burn !
    I`m posting real pictures of my calorie burn for each workout on Instagram. Check them out!
    NOTE: The only breaks I take during my workouts are between rounds. Feel free to prolong your walking breaks for up to 1 minute to increase your burning time (walk around the house, drink some water...). Hope you get a higher calorie burn than mine!

      Hi! Welcome! I usually use walking mode because I want to give as much information about the workout. You could also use freestyle, though. The walking mode on miband is really annoying because it pauses soooo many times during the workout. Keep it up!

      I`ve been laughing about your comment all day. Someone commented at some point that I should name my exercises. This is exactly what I would have to name them: twisty leg move, bent over thingy, kind of knee raise, arm stretch nut not really, bent over thingy :))))

      Hi, if you want to do one workout everyday, I would recommend you choose one that burns the most for you! If you don`t have a fitness band or tracker, I post the calorie burn for each one in the description box and comment section. Find one that you really like, and burns the most calories.
