Get a journal every morning write down a quick list of things your grateful for and then a short list of things you want to manifest in your life...for example you could write I’m so grateful I manifested passing my board exam next month. I’m so grateful I manifested losing 20lbs etc. when you write it try to feel how it will feel to have accomplished that goal. ( you can also look up other manifestation techniques this is just what’s easiest for me) It sounds silly but what ends up happening is you are reminding yourself everyday of your end goals and desires and if you’re consistent your actions will just naturally start to line up with your desires.
Do it for yourself do it for myself while mate for myself I got a home which has been supported I also got along in this with you my possession but unfortunate to say it's not in my interest at all I don't know what I want and the reason why I don't want it to be simply because I don't want to be a part of the system
