I’m 29 single and hurting everyday. Never did I think I would be this sad. Worst part is I am “successful” as society defines it. Making 400k a year living in an expensive luxury building. Net worth over $1m. I’m not saying this to brag. I’m saying this in the hopes that someone struggling thinking they aren’t making enough or don’t have that exclusive job sees this. I’m 34 years old with married to a beautiful with and 2 wonderful toddler boys, a comfortable home, a comfortable car and an OVER comfortable job. I come from a single mother who was on 10k a year (gbp) and raised me into the man I am today. I’ve spent the last year working on a business in the evenings and weekends when I get time and last Friday was my last day at my old, well-paid, full time job. I’m taking the leap of faith because life is simply to short, for myself, for my family and my loved ones.
If you’re reading this, whatever it is that you have, I believe in it and I believe in you. Do that thing that you’ve always wanted to do but been to scared because of convention or what your parents say or your friends say.
Risk small, win small, risk big…sure you could loose big, but you could…win big, not just for money or physical things, but for yourself to say I lived and life and truly did it. Do it for you.

I was trying to fit into whatever social scene was left for me and I didn’t think about working out for a few years. Got back to the gym just about every day at 5am while working a 9-5 in 2024. I’m alone in and outside of the gym, but it’s strengthened my mentality and the results are evident. No one is going to give it to you. Stay hard 2025.

I’m 42 married with 2 small boys. Even though I am surrounded by family and “friends” there are times that I feel completely alone. I have spent many hours in the gym and running trying to get out of my own head. It was only a temporary fix. I don’t talk to my family about my struggles. There are things that I have struggled with for many years that I have carried alone. One day a couple years ago a guy from my church asked if he could talk to me. He was completely broken. When he opened up to me I realized I was going through the same thing that he was. We have become good friends and talk to each other about the struggles we are facing. I feel like no man should carry his problems alone.

the first line hit so hard. the transition from the old set of friends slowly to the new ones but not knowing where you lie.
Don’t be alone. Grind, but keep family and friends close. Monk mode is bullshit.
For me it was the two temples. The Temple of Christ, and the Temple of Iron. I was a hopeless drug addict for years until something in me demanded better, it demanded that I not let my potential waste away. I went from hustling to get high, to hustling to get to the gym. That was 15 years ago. I'm married with a son now. I often watch these types of videos to remind myself why I labor in the gym still, and why I sometimes feel inadequate. Find comfort in your temples, they'll always be there for you.
I’m here because of her. Down over 100lbs in 3 months, I can see my abs for the first time in my life at 41, 2025 will be the year she realizes who she broke and the year I realize who I am when I reform myself into the man I was supposed to be.

I’m evolving this winter. Took on another 2 jobs working 80 hr weeks. Gym everyday, running every second day. 16 stone 12 to 13 stone 11 in 3 months. But rest assured my boys have got my back, I’m at the pub every weekend with them drinking water no one says a word. Nothing but motivation. If your friends don’t support you bettering yourself they were never your friends to begin with.

This story he’s telling is exactly what happened to me at age 25 I drifted away from my friends I had to recreate myself and being around them they’d remind me of who they thought I was so I needed space to change. I became a millionaire , own rental properties, have my own business, in the short span of 5 years. Totally worth it. I don’t even relate to my old friends anymore. But I haven’t met new friends . I don’t know where I fit in at this point . I’m drifting now towards finding a girlfriend

Let me tell you this, i failed with my relationship with my boys mother... due to my problems that i still deal with day in day out. Since being in my own ive used that anger, hurt, insecuritys to push myself. I use my demons as a positive thing, im now on my own... i felt alone at first but now i dont feel alone i feel at peace. Change your perception of your current situation, get out and get it... train hard, work hard, get out of your comfort zone. Do something everyday ypu dont want to do, ive lost many friends due to my new mindset because i dont have anything in common with them now, idont party, i dont drink, i dont do drugs. I smash my hobbies instead, Use being alone as a strength, fuck off all social media and all the fake ass shit

Im a woman going through the thick of leaving everything and everyone that no longer serves me anymore. It sure does hurt but im learning to detach emotionally. Loneliness i call solitude.
