St Louis showing up in tin foil. :-) And Beatles playing in the car. The way people looked, those hair cuts, those combos of piercings, those jeans... the way they danced. And a dozen other things that were unique to the space/time of Midwest rave scene. I miss those days, I do, I do. This is GREAT. Watching this reminds me of how things were so clearly. I can smell what it used to smell like to me back then. It smelled exciting. I was always so excited to be at a show/event/party/rave. What a wonderful feeling to be that full of life, and in those times. 2018 is great, too, I'm still getting down at shows long after I would've thought those times were over. I have a smile plastered on my face, thank you.

My friend Sue drove up, I think she wanted to hear Tommie Sunshine really badly...we got there crazy late, like 2am? I met up with David...Dvdn & some girl passed out from sucking on a balloon & her head hit my leg so hard... I felt bad for her but my leg hurt too. I think a dude in furry pants? went over to her and she tried to take another hit off the balloon & he was like, no, you're lying on the ground, chill on that. Lol
The mud was real, weather has never been kind to Further, I remember one year they had to hire busses to take people up and down this hill because it was just a mudslide.. good times times though, wouldn't trade them for the world! Thank you Kurt, Prince, Woody, crew!
