Both Model Homes were Beautiful, with each of them having there own Uniqueness. I think i like the first Model Home just a Little more than the Second, but i loved the Views from the Outside Backyards.

Hi. I'm usually torn between the huge vanity and the separate ones. The huge one looks better with that big solid mirror, i don't like when they are small-separate mirrors.
I think for practicality I'd prefer a big single closest to two smaller ones. I always borrow hubby's t-shirt, hoodies, hoodies etc you get it. And he'd need my help organising it.
Is it better to build your own house than to buy a new construction already built?
There are pros and cons to both. Short answer is that an inventory home can be great, if you walk in and it checks your boxes as is… you can often times get a great price on an inventory home that is already built and hasn’t sold yet. Building from scratch can be great because you get to choose your design options to your own liking. The downsize is timing (about 6+ months from start to finish) and you typically will pay a premium. Please let me know if you would like further guidance!
