Hi Mickey! Basically we cannot generally recommend to use a spray gun lubricant on specific parts. Therefore please use the Anest Iwata gun lubricant only very sparingly where it is strictly necessary to to keep things moving smoothly but never on parts in contact with paint or the airstream.
Hi Patrick! There are a lot of factors influencing which solvent or cleaning liquid to choose, such as paints used, automatic cleaning machine used and so on. Due to the wide variety of options Anest Iwata cannot recommend any specific product for this. However, when picking and using a solvent or cleaning liquid, please make sure both the liquid and the cleaning process are compliant with the instructions given in the instruction manual of the spray gun.
What would cause a LPH80 to loose fan size drops to about 60% have tried rebuilding with no success thinking maybe over time a baffling issue? we currenly have around 12 most have this issue over time
Improper cleaning. Build up on the fluid pathways inside the gunbody. This happens with Cerakote when the gun gets submerged/soaked in solvent, i've noticed. Clogged holes in your cap is another. Viscosity too thick triggered by bad or poorly stored catalysts. Rapid temperature drops can cause hardener to set too fast .. _just a few thoughts
