Do you know if the pulls are RNG? I have zero luck in card pulls, but my boyfriends shop gets crazy good pulls. I feel like each save file is all randomly different. His products sell for higher/lower than mine. It's crazy lol. Thanks for sharing! 🖤
The card pulls are just RNG, you need to open thousands of packs (probably 10,000 or so) to get a decent sample size. Since it's so random it can feel like different save files are higher/lower value but it'll average out in the long term. As for prices being very different, that happens as you play. They naturally shift over time plus you can influence it by running tournaments (for some things).
i tried the first method midway through my first playthrough and all people do is complain that i stopped selling all the other items and the people that buy the boxes only ever buy 1-3 at once, do i have to do this method from the beginning for it to work? also i set up 2 check outs just like you (with the same employee) but whenever i occupy the other register ALL the customers only come to my check out so i never get as many customers buying stuff at once as you are in the video. any tips?
1) Depends on your level, the dev recently nerfed the method at L40+ (see pinned comment). If you are below level 40 this is still effective, some people will complain but a lot will buy. 2) Sounds like a bug, what should happen is 3-4 customers come to your register, then the remaining go to your emplyoee's. The game has gone through a lot of updates so it could be that this is broken atm.
@@TenkieiGaming hmm i guess then the real issue is that i never get more than 3 customers buying stuff at once. at least half or even 60-70% of the people end up leaving without buying anything and they occupy the shop for quite a while, complaining and trying to find the things they want to buy. they round the shelf 2-4 times before they leave to so they stay for like 0.5 hours of in game time. i guess it cant really be helped cause i was already selling a lot of different items before trying this method. also my shop level is 33.
as of now, including paying stock and bills i make around 7k profit with this method a day due to so many ppl ending up leaving the store without buying anything, but its still good to get some money.
@@ggg0512_ The only thing I can say with 100% certainty; it's not due to switching your shop up. On my file I had swapped from selling lots of things. I did re-test after the patch, and it wasn't as effective at 40+ but worked fine below. I believe there was a small patch since so maybe something changed again?
I agree 100% with all of this. However, after so long this gets very boring. I did this exact strat up until I hit about 80k then i was bored to tears. But i now have a full shop so it was worth in the end. Lol.
@TenkieiGaming well with the money I earned I used to hire 4 employees and added a second register. This helped a ton with profit. It's not as much now no, but at least I'm not burning my eye balls out starring at the register all day haha
It's kinda lame to be able to cheese the game to earn so much easy money. Hoping they patch this so you get punished for not having a variety of products at higher levels.
@asimhussain8716 I agree. But if they do that then I think rent should be lowered slightly. As it is decently difficult to keep up at lower shop levels. Unless I was doing something wrong of course haha

Yep it was added something like the day after I made the video haha, hence all the disclaimers about the game being in early access. I'm glad it helped. What I'll probably do at this point is make a new video for 1.0 once the game is feature complete / maybe put a few updates in the pinned comment if there's big changes I hear about.
@@F3lixOC No, there is a mobile version from the same dev but I'd assume he's tailored different aspects to the PC and Mobile audiences so there are some differences.
I tried that and turned it into a $30k in a day selling only cards, turns out play table only works, but sadly is pretty boring since you can't do much to optimize it.
With the pack spam / mass exp method that might just be possible. But for now I don't think I'll be attempting it. I really hope I can do a "I only played the card game" run once that's added though!
Depends on how fast you can make money. Assuming you don't need to average a literal level a day you could spend most of the time optimizing profit and if you end up on a treasure trove you just spend day 49 or 50 opening packs before opening.
Hear me out, I want a tiny shop. Is it possible to still sell high value cards without building the shop out? (Or even booster boxes or high end packs)?
As someone with store level 53 making a min of 25k daily, I put tables in my store, 10 to be exact. While they were all full for a tournament, at the end of the day, my overall profits were down 50%. Mind you I usually get 150 customers daily with no tables. With tables I only get 75 buying customers.
dang, i may have screwed myself out of this method. the pauper tournement is terrible, lowers all packs except commons and i was running that for several weeks. fml
That’s DUMB and defeats the point of making a profit. You wanna make money fast? 20% mark up and round off. Done since day one and I’m making 40k a day at store level 53.
I mean, you can farm crazy with this tactic till you have unlocked all the expansions, boxes, figures etc and then build the shop how you like 😄 Thats what I am doing atm.

@@TenkieiGaming thanks for all the info! they probably nerfed it even further then.
I agree 100% with all of this. However, after so long this gets very boring. I did this exact strat up until I hit about 80k then i was bored to tears. But i now have a full shop so it was worth in the end. Lol.
Yeah, I got bored with it as well which is why my shop looks nothing like the optimized setups haha.
Could anyone tell me how to scan cards on a mobile phone?
Put a trash can by your storage so your workers don’t have to walk outside
Was not possible when the video was made, but since then I did add a couple trash cans to the shop to make it easier to get rid of boxes.
@@TenkieiGamingahh okay didn’t know it was a new feature just started playing lol but yea that would optimize the whole thing a bit more great video though man helped me out a lot
But opening cards in the corner is too fun to not do. 😮
It's very fun.
Can you sell tables and stuff?
Yes.
I have a question, why does in mobile phone version every thing different so I don't know what to do
I don't know, I've only played the PC version.
Probably because it was a pirated game and got knocked out because of copyright
@@F3lixOC No, there is a mobile version from the same dev but I'd assume he's tailored different aspects to the PC and Mobile audiences so there are some differences.
Can you do a play table only run?
I tried that and turned it into a $30k in a day selling only cards, turns out play table only works, but sadly is pretty boring since you can't do much to optimize it.
How to I have 2 different shop saves because I tried and I lost my first shop?
Manually save in 2 different save slots
is there a way to get rid of furniture? i bought too many tables TT
Q to move item, C to box it up, and an option to sell will pop up next :)
@@PaigeMegan-y6p omg thank you so much TT
My Legendary Card Box is only 20+$ profit. How's urs 100+$?
Prices shift over time, if you were running the Pauper format for a long time your prices will be lower.
❤
I just add money
I thought this wasnt out how do I play?
Steam
I’m on day 70 level 37
Challenge Idea: Level 50 by day 50
With the pack spam / mass exp method that might just be possible. But for now I don't think I'll be attempting it. I really hope I can do a "I only played the card game" run once that's added though!
I am sitting at 32/32 right now. but its getting sloooowwwww
@@Wraygunsmajor pimp bro im at 18/18 and i thought my shit was getting slow
Depends on how fast you can make money. Assuming you don't need to average a literal level a day you could spend most of the time optimizing profit and if you end up on a treasure trove you just spend day 49 or 50 opening packs before opening.
Where can u play the game
Steam, though there is a similar mobile game from the same dev called TCG Card Shop Tycoon Simulator.
its so stupid the exp system they need to major update this game
Hear me out, I want a tiny shop. Is it possible to still sell high value cards without building the shop out? (Or even booster boxes or high end packs)?
Same. Still level 11 here. I think the game doesnt force the player to expand their shop tho?
If you did that, you would take FOREVER to unlock anything of value.
Would you recommend removing all tables Even if you run a normal store? Will it make more profit?
Depends on a few things, but most likely yes.
- If you have a very wide variety of products, including the unprofitable ones this may not be the case.
As someone with store level 53 making a min of 25k daily, I put tables in my store, 10 to be exact. While they were all full for a tournament, at the end of the day, my overall profits were down 50%. Mind you I usually get 150 customers daily with no tables. With tables I only get 75 buying customers.
how is his market price for the legendary boxes $105?! my market price is at an all time low of $64 but only started around $70
Prices shift over time, and can be influenced by the tournaments you run.
dang, i may have screwed myself out of this method. the pauper tournement is terrible, lowers all packs except commons and i was running that for several weeks. fml
@@jamesdawson8660 If you run a different tournament you should be able to boost the prices back up over time.
@@TenkieiGaming oof, after 4 days of running the profit method, my market price tanked $4
how do you open the packs so fast
There's a setting in the menu to speed up pack opening, it helps but if you're opening hundreds it can still take 30 mins to an hour.
Game settings.
Best exp possible is selling the best packs you can for 10 percent under market. Opening packs are too heavy in rng
That’s DUMB and defeats the point of making a profit. You wanna make money fast? 20% mark up and round off. Done since day one and I’m making 40k a day at store level 53.
I was making up to 65$k doing this 5 wide shelves, 6 tables. selling 500 items, one guy doing cash.
Path of TCG?
Yeah, this is super optimized, but super boring. Defeats the whole purpose of the game. LOL
I mean, you can farm crazy with this tactic till you have unlocked all the expansions, boxes, figures etc and then build the shop how you like 😄
Thats what I am doing atm.
It's almost like he said exactly that in the video.
@@ruthy08 Almost like I don't give a shit.. lol
