I started my webshop with €100. 2 years of dedication got me to the point of doing 6 figures annual sales and considering opening a store. So it is possible. I did have a full time job for the first year and currently am still having a part time job as it does take a lot of investing, money and time, but it is possible.

Hey there, have you ever thought about setting up a mini filming desk dedicated to your customers/fans on the store, where they can open packs bought in the store? Then, the best pulls could be featured on the channel, maybe as a compilation once in a while. I just think it would make the costumer base grow as well as more channel content.

I was looking for something different to play and I love simulator games, so I took the plunge and downloaded it. I couldn’t stop playing it !! So much fun… but I never once thought it was a real thing where shops sold Pokémon cards and accessories….. until I came across your video opening up your shop !! I’m now a huge fan of your channel and it’s been brilliant to see how you started off and where you are now ! So from someone who knows nothing about Pokémon… your channel has got me deeply hooked into learning about Pokémon !!! Keep up the great work… all the best for the future. I love the binders, I would recommend advertising somewhere that the binders exist. I don’t usually go to shops, so without a banner somewhere I wouldn’t know they were there.

The binders while much nicer and look better they just take up so much room. What I did was separate my cards like your first box, but would put them in individual cardboard card boxes that way people could tell me what theyre looking for or just wanna look at in general and i could bring the whole box of As, bs, cs, and so on.
Okay but where's the huge white cannisters spraying rose scent directly in people's face? Also why aren't the owners just sat in a corner aggressively opening pack after pack?

Popped into the shop yesterday just after opening to trade in some cards. They where busy sorting stuff but they where very friendly greeted me and my partner and helped me right away can't wait for next time

love the video, so fascinating to see the operations of a tcg store. curious if theres a need for an internal tool/app that would optimize the day to day ops thats specific to tcg stores. im a software dev and i always enjoy thinking about stuff like this. inventory manage for singles might be one.

Its really impressive shop you got there what an achivement to make your own shop^^ Honestly besides my childhood i dived deep into card collecting so i dont know anything about this "lifestyle" or keeping a shop up for long. But i always wondered how is this thing actually works.. Like how you guys able to keep up with the cards and not runnning out. I always thought that the cards are kinda limited or at least the rare/very rare or even the ultra rare very expensive ones surely limited. But i guess not haha
