Yea your correct about the west sides and 18 getting along but in the 90s happy homes was 60th street and when 18st started getting big they had some beef that lasted 6months to a year over 60th st the projects .it died down n there was just a truce wsl,docmod,18 all got along most went to school together and shared the same area.
