Wow it’s crazy expensive in Sri Lanka. That’s a really basic car. Not much power probably around 110kw. But definitely comfortable and reliable. Definitely love the interior too. Man I really wish prices were low enough for average people to afford a nice car.

Yes Mazda says they try to give life to the metals. and be like the car as a family member or a friend.. there is a design method called KODO design made by Mazda. and they remove all unnecessary parts in body design that is why they are so elegant

Many thanks for the review. I used this Mazda3, 2007 in GCC it was a used car Milage 200K + but I had it for 4 years. What a nice car but I had a few issues as follows I am not sure was it because of the high temperature in GCC or common issues for Mazda. However, I had seen the same issues with my friend's Mazda 3 cars as well. During 4 years time, I had to replace the Coolant bottle, AC compressor, radiator, headlights due to discoloring, tay lights, engine trouble alarm indicator, and finally engine replaced due to engine oil mixed with coolant because of grass cut issue. Although I had troubles I still love it because I learned some motor mechanics from those issues.

තෙල් නම් 8, 10 වගේ තමයි . දුර නම් 13 ක් වගේ. Spare parts පොඩ්ඩක් මිලෙන් වැඩි.. ඒත් ඒක ලොකුවට දැනෙන්න තරම් ගානක් නෙමෙයි අනිත් ඒවගෙ spare parts වලට වඩා 1000 - 5000 ත් අතර... හැබැයි හරියට engine oil , atf oil නියමිත ගානින් මාරු කරන්න ඕනි. මිලදී ගන්න බය උනාට පාරෙ බය නැතුව යන්න පුලුවන් වාහනයක් !

How is the transmission system of this car ? CVT or other type? Able to buy reconditioned gear box easily for this model ?
Normal torque convertor type 4 Speed AT. not CVT. Mazda parts karna aya innwa eyalata katakaragttnam hari
It's automatic but there's some issues with high mileage cars specially on the 2.0 and 2.3 engines
The axela which comes with 1.5 engine are more reliable but always look underneath the car for rust because it was one of the main issues
