It is a wonder anybody succeeds in the first place ;-) Actually, these competitions are not much different from Guide Michelin. Who knows exactly what those anonymous "judges" give their verdicts from? We can only hope they have great noses and pallets as well as an unbiased view to service and the venue itself. Complex? Indeed!!!
