This movie can be viewed, in a way, in a continuum, with "Sergeant Rutledge" (1960) and "The Winston Affair" (1964) before it and "A Few Good Men" (1992) after it. Thank you very much for sharing this gem with us!!!!!
Wonderful movie! Up there with “A Few Good Men” and “The Caine Mutiny” (original 1950s film, not remake). Interesting that it was partly filmed in Afghanistan. Stacy Keavh was an American actor who never got as much recognition for his talent as he deserved. The other British actors were well known and highly praised for their talent. Great movie. Don’t miss this!
remembering beautiful susannah york.
Although something of a forgotten film, this is still way better than pretty much anything turned out by Hollywood today
How very true!!
Writers, producers&directers , in today’s Hollywierd, would f*** this film up completely!!
A lot of noise about nothing, hiding the truth for the honour of the regiment.
Absolutely awesome movie.
