They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls - The "Chat" feature does not work, it says they will email you, but they don't. It's hard for me to send money to buy an item if a company doesn't have Customer Service!
It looks like the deflate fail is more due to the design of the Nemo valve rather than the Flextail adapter. Did you use your older pump to deflate? And how well did that work? (I haven't decided if there's much use for the small lanyard. I'll probably take it off.)

I never bothered with using the pump to deflate my Nemo. To me it never really saved that much time. Thanks for watching the video.

I just got mine as well and I found that the deflate option is disappointing as well. I still enjoy the air pump

None for Thermarest? They are arguably one of the biggest pad brands out there lol
I have the Thermarest neoair xlite nxt and it works perfectly using the F1 nozzle

The Winglock is the Thermarest valve, so it’s the F1 nozzle. The Zero Pump works great on my Neo Air X-Lite.
I never see a reviewer proving the pad is truly inflate by lying on it. One's body weight is proof of concept.
