    Is there an option for a customer to select the subscription start date?

    For example let’s say After the customer pays for sign up and gets access for a few days, after those few days will the customer get automatically billed for the subscription?😊

      Hello Kiresh! Yes, the first payment will be schedule to happen right after the end of the trial period. However, please note the charge will only be automatic if you are working with one of the supported payment gateways for automatic billing, otherwise, the user will need to proceed with the payment manually from their My Account page.     is this plugin support razorpay ?and one more thing it is not sending automatic email to customer for renew reminder

      Hi again! 😀 You can use any payment gateway that follows WordPress and WooCommerce guidelines but there are only specific payment gateways that allow our YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin to process automatic recurring payments. For the free version, it's PayPal, and for the premium version, you'll find the supported gateways here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-subscription/premium-settings/supported-gateways/. As for the emails, they are available only in our premium plugin. If you do have the premium version, please, verify the emails are enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. If you have the premium version, the emails are enabled but they're not being sent, you can contact our developers through your My Account page so they can assist you: yithemes.com/my-account/support/submit-a-ticket/.     Please how do I setup upgrade and downgrade options, as well as how to switch product to a different product. Please help...it's urgent

      Hi, Usher! 😃 In order to allow your customers to upgrade or downgrade a subscription, the subscription has to be a variable product as explained here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-subscription/premium-settings/variable-product-subscription/ and then you need to enable the related option in the variations' subscription settings as explained here: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-subscription/premium-settings/upgrade-and-downgrade/. This is the only option to "switch subscriptions", it is not possible to switch products inside the subscriptions but your customers would be able to upgrade or downgrade to the variations you offer. This is possible using our premium plugin, the free version of our YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin does not offer this option. Stay tuned! 😉

    hello, i hope someone can answer my questions.
    1.) so we have this subscription box to our website and set it’s billing date to every 28th of the month. however, our subscribers were billed on the 27th. we checked the date on the settings and it clearly says “Day 28”. Then why was our subscribers billed during the 27th? how can i fix this?
    2.) Can I manually charge a subscriber? we have a problem because a customer signed up for the subscription box yesterday (April 27). Technically, she should be charged today (April 28) and she should receive a box next week. Since it charged the day before, she will not be charged until next month. Is there a way to manually charge her?
    3.) how can i set an admin email notification whenever there is a subscription placed?
    i am really hoping that you can help me.

      Hi there! These are the emails available in our YITH WooCommerce Subscription premium plugin: docs.yithemes.com/yith-woocommerce-subscription/premium-settings/emails/. You'll notice that there's a renewal reminder email that is sent 15 days before the due date by default but you can choose to change that in WooCommerce > Settings > Emails. Take into account that the free version does not include these emails. Stay tuned! 😉
