simpel gyro(no HH) cheapest servo 1700mA sanyo (12minuts fly time)
nicad, no rew mix on rudder chanel
motor without BB
futaba standard rx jr X347 tx
this was the cheapest setup

Really cool to see how it was flown back then - quite capable! Good flying, especially considering that there were no simulators back then! All of this flying must have been the result of many crashes and spare parts :)

Yeah you are right it was a steep learning curve with mediocre quality hardware
But it was a fun time to learn and get better
Today I have only one Heli it’s a A Terex 450 that I kept for fun
