Totally makes sense. I have taken dance lessons for decades and you can always tell when someone is thinking about the dance combinations and someone who just lets go and dances. Over thinking can really hold you back.

Letting go is being in a state of knowing which involves trusting yourself and trusting life is innately good when you are aligned with your highest good and well-being.

"he had a shot 3 feet a way and he missed it." . I get it now!! I know those moments when i get too much in my head then things become hard. this kind of tangled\butchered energy. And what i always thought, i had to control my actions better. No no no. It's about learning to let go and stay in the present, from there comes the solution\genius\optimal action. Thank you Aaron for your amazing message here.

This is a great episode with good observation. I used to play my best golf when I was in the flow state, and enjoyed the process.
But playing competitive golf is hard to just enjoy sometimes, because pro golfers put in hours in swings, details, and the cost is very high. It’s their main livelihood. And the interesting and the hardest thing to do for pros and even weekend golfer is, letting go of attachment to results, and just enjoy the moment.

I still remember a coworker at this job I had for all of two weeks telling me with a smile, "Talk and enjoy. Tomorrow never come."
I'm still putting the pieces back together enough so this will become my natural way of being, to just...talk and enjoy. Because tomorrow never will come. And I have to say, it is truly a good way to exist, when I manage to put aside the concerns and pain and thoughts and just be.
It's a very peaceful state of being, but always is accompanied by this childlike wonder at the world, and so it never feels boring. It's an incredible experience, and I'm thankful for each and every time I'm reminded of what I forgot I lost, the very same thing being what I seek out.
Hard to feel like a loser or a waste or useless when the most wondrous aspects of ourselves are the same experiences we have every day

This reminded me on that beautiful movie from the 90s "Legend of Bagger Vense" something like that its called, and not only because of the golf theme, but it is also a story about golf that is not about golf, in sence that it litterally speak about the "flow" and aproach to the game and life in general... it is very poetic and full of universal thruth.. just like your videos ...

I can watch it in real time. While I’m obsessing, looking, noticing, trying I get no results. As soon as I “give up” and focus on other things the manifestation shows up. Then I see it, start focusing and obsessing and it disappears again. The hard part is letting go and not obsessing. As soon as you do, it’s yours. It’s interesting to KNOW this as fact and still have trouble letting go.

I get it. When we are stressed, we are more likely to do mistakes. On the other hand, I don't stress about me overthinking. Because there are stories of people who were in life-threatening situations and they were able to find a solution. Like that girl who's mom had cancer. Because she was in a fight and flight mode, she was able to read 40 books in two weeks. Fight and flight is a superpower. It got you out of poverty. I don't think you were laid back and all relaxed back in the day.

Yes I've always noticed that attachment to outcome has the opposite effect in most cases. But when I've realised even more now when listening to you, is that attachment makes me feel like a slave. I think that what we're attached to will not only repel from us, WE will repel from it as well... Because as you said, attachment takes the fun out of it...

I have a question that has been bothering me when it comes to letting go. I understand the concept of letting go and getting detached, but we know the key to manifesting is really knowing what you want and even using techniques such as visualization to imagine the things/people/situations you want. When I apply letting go and visualization together, I sometimes find it contradictory to each other. It's like I'm letting go of an outcome, not even thinking of it, but on the other hand, I'm thinking of it, imagining it. Does anyone here have the same confusions, or does anyone have an answer? ❤

And I wish all problems and the bad things I wished for others (the things they don’t want themselves) away unless I’ll suffer then. I’m not an unselfish, I just want Anarchy except from if people gets magically hurt or hurt in ways they don’t want and all sickness or disease comes from something and it’s totally illegal unless the person wants it for real. Probably machines or something. Something like Voodoo or I don’t know, but that’s something the Police is for. Taking away the illegal technology used to make people sick and things. I’m always healthy. and always happy in love💚 Except from when I told about it and I was cured straight away, sent to the future before even sending it💚🖤 And I just want you🃏

    Hi Aaron,
I've been trying to understand how you're able to articulate and discuss so many deep ideas at the same time as 'thinking less thoughts'. Are you using your intellect and mind to solve the problem of using language for good and healing others and only in this window? Or is it something else/some other nuance? I love philosophizing and contemplating, however I find this traps me in thinking land often. Thank you.

I've attracted 2 feral cats in the last 2 years. My first came after my father passed and I said I was not going to get too attached. She got sick and I spent more money than I had trying to make her better. The week she was put to sleep another cat appeared and he was so big and beautiful. After 3 months of getting close to him I decided to take him to the vet so he could be a wonderful companion. He is now very sick and I'm spending a ton of money trying to get him well??? Attachment?

Isn't having the "goal" of high vibration an attachment to the outcome? The idea to let go of the thoughts, is still attachment, because we think " if I let go of the thoughts, I will vibe higher and feel better..." I agree that getting into body is key, but to 'think' that you are getting into the body for an outcome to happen is recreating the same situation with a different spiritual label on it
