Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the greatest, most engrossing, most technically proficient, most awe-inspiring, most industry-changing video game ever created.
Not really, it was a mediocre disappointment with the only standout being the design of night city. Empty streets, braindead ai, performance issues, bugs…
@@Hi12239it evens it out with the amazing characters, story, music and events that happen through the game. The upcoming update is gonna make the game like 10 times better too, that's probably how they wanted it to be on release.
I'm just glad that the cyberpunk world isn't over and is nowhere near ending with the upcoming DLC like it was planned to happen.
I love Night city and all the stories it has.
@@Hi12239there hasn't been a good AI since FEAR 2. Open world games seems to have trouble with it in general. Indeed FEAR 2 only works because of its cramped corridor design etc

The dystopia we are heading towards isn't even going to be as interesting as that envisioned by cyberpunk - though they got the corporatocracy aspect correct. I WISH implants would be as cheap as everyone thought they'd be.
A scary thought - all the dirty and nasty things cyberpunk envisions are likely to come true in real life, but the cool things that we actually want in our lives may never come to pass.
Me in 2077: Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it.
@@uptheresomewhere Unfortunately yeah, we'll have the negative aspects, but none of the neon lights we wish for, huge cities and cool cars.
Damn, i'm not hyped for 2077.
Essentially we have the face masks, hyper inflation, CCTV chat bots while we do not have Keanu in a well cut suit in a hovercraft.
Or maybe we are not heading towards that era and a bunch of hotheaded leaders decide to go to another WW. The Nukes can destroy all the technology and send us to the stone age. Maybe we become victims of our own creation..

Haha, you're brave. That city is intimidating, heck, even these videos are mostly from afar or above, a subconscious fear of trying to survive the streets. I could live at Sam Milton's place - nice view, and not too far out.
You're totally right, though, this whole city and game lives in the back of my mind all the time.
No fucking way in hell. The risk of being vivisected and cut open by scavs alive, awake, and no sedative would be a walking nightmare everyday. I took great joy slicing them to pieces running as a Katana Ninja.

Once you get a car flying in a stable trajectory, just hop on top of it. (Mods like Infinite Jump or Ghost Forward are needed to reach a car high in the air.)
