I would hold on to everything until the unit is paid itself off and sell off once it reaches a price point I'm happy with. That's what I did with my GPU mining and it worked out quite well. It all depends on how much patience a person has at the end of the day.
For the break even, I would mine on mining Dutch, convert everything to doge and hold for now, then after alt season convert everything to BTC and sale at its peak. Boom, ROI in no time. That’s my plan anyway

I think you should mine everything into litecoin right now until the peak of the bull run. Sell the LTC around the peak. Then once the coin prices start going down, mine 50% into doge and 50% into litecoin. Then you will yield a lot of doge for the next bull run but still have a bunch of a safer coin (litecoin).
Since you probably can, you should mine and hold, but not sure i would covert it all into one coin, i would hold each of the coins you can mine on mining dutch. May be a bad move, but some of the lower cap coins may have a bigger upside.
Panda, I think it's time, given where we are in the cycle, to mine and SELL both DOGE and LTC every 2/3 days (to keep fees down). It probably goes against the grain, as you are avid hodler, but be nice to see what a regular SELL as we go into bull would yield

Depending on how long it takes to break even, my strategy would probably change over time with market trends, but as things sit currently, my plan would be to mine everything into Doge. Throughout this next year I would periodically swap small portions, 25-50% of the Doge bag into BTC during BTC dips and consolidations until I believe Doge price appreciation has been tapped out and then begin mining to an auto-swap pool or swapping the Doge myself more aggressively into BTC. Once I believe the Bull cycle is nearing its heights, approximately 7-9 months, begin swapping some BTC holdings to a stable coin like USDC and earn interest.
Sell now while the price is high. Better to hit a good price even if it's not the peak than to miss out and sit around for another 3 years waiting to be able to sell.

I would sell at least enough for power every month but if you hodl you can get better gains or it could dump and you are out power costs roll the dice and hodl if you can afford it
I would hold 25% in LTC, 25% in Doge and cash out 50%. I really don't want to hold meme coin because I personally believe Doge is 100x overvalued but then I look at XRP and how that is 1000x overvalued and realize that people are morons and refusing to take advantage of that only makes me a bigger moron.
I think the best way to break even is actually to sell on a weekly basis. The profitability is so high right now that you don't want to be losing out on those gains but selling everyday could cause considerable losses in transaction fees depending on what wallet you use (yeah doge and ltc fees aren't that high anyway but Ive seen massive fluctuations in fees depending on the wallet and/or exchange). Selling weekly is a good balance between efficiency and profitability.
Eh we haven't seen the height of doge yet. I'm currently holding and will convert to usdt to DCA in or out of the market.If you need to sell to roi on units soon then yes it's a good strategy. Otherwise wait untill trump becomes president and the doge department actually becomes a thing, it's gonna go over a dollar 💰

Honestly Sell 30-40% of it to cover costs of running other equipment as well, hodl remainder for massive 20-40% pumps.
