ALL this videos are just CRxxP .. i bought two V380 cams, installed them and everything worked fine for about a year. I could watch the Cams ON MY PC/Laptop ... suddenly after a Year it was not working anymore and it still doesnt. I try to install the software new, NOTHING is working with this xxxxxxx I can see both cams on my phone but its anoying to always check my phone, specially if i was planning to put a couple of more cams in my garden. I turned OFF the firewall too, so thats not the problem. I am trying since TWO DAMN YEARS to figure out where the problem is but obviously i am the only one, i cant find only old posts in youtube and internet :/

Thank you for your efforts but it is not helping me. I am using the latest version on Windows 10 laptop. I tried even manually but still screen remains black. I can only hear the sound from the cam. Can you please advise what's wrong? Thank you.
hi thanks for your comment but I think it may be any technical fault. pls uninstall the software restart pc and again install than connect the camera ..I hope that will work...
@@techview4u007 I have done so but still the same, a small dot on screen. it is some thing to do with video. Display card may not have an issue as if I download a clip, it plays it perfectly.
