Why does it not record constantly even when set at continuous recording? The minute you do something else on your device the camera stops recording! So it looks like it only records while you are actually on the app !! The minute you use your device such as reading email or whatsapp then recording stops! Does it not simply record while not actually using the app???
hello, I was trying to install my v380 IP camera on my computer, but it is not connected. I am using a wifi modem for my internet connection. when I try to connect the IP camera to my computer I am disconnected from the wifi access through my modem. how do I do that?? please help me!!
Be wary of the Android V380 app if it asks if you want to update the camera firmware, it worked fine the first couple times over the past couple years but yesterday another firmware update was offered and it bricked the camera, wont connect to anything even over USB on PC.

This Camera is not compatible with Samsung Smartthings Hub. Yes it will hook up but will keep dropping off the network. If you can tie this to your main router it will remain stable. But you will have to make sure both the camera and your Tablet or Phone are all on the same network when you set them up. After that you will be able to connect to them using another WIFI network.
I can connect to this camera via V380 Pro android app, V380 PC app but it doesn't show up in Onvif Manager. Searches show that people have had theirs show up in Onvif Manager. Can anyone help with Onvif connection?

you dont download video on pc. video on pc is saved in the folder you choose up in settings of application. if you didnt choose its somewhere in "my documents". easiest would be just to check the setting, then navigate there.
@@seushimarejikaze1337 Actually I did eventually find out how to do it on PC.. I will describe later. But if the video is on SD card, you have to download it. That is generally where you would save your camera videos.
@@rcarioca the easiest would be just to physically remove the card, place it into card reader connected to pc and copy from there. no need for specialized method - you need to be in possession of card reader, though. some laptops have one build-in while on pc it mostly depends on, if you wanted it as an option when buying, or not. edit: such device (portable) can be bought for about 5$ and is using usb interface(so can be used on lot of machines, maybe even phones).

After you open it, go to settings, in the fourth option (with bold white colour) which is language to change in English. It is good app! Thank you for the video!

okie bro its real easy after installation run the program, on top right u will see settings button click on it, then u will find several options probably the 3rd option click on it a drop down menu will appear select the English Then click on Blue button Restart the program after quiting it.

The problem I have is this: It looks like the software can handle 16 cams , but I have 11 and can't get it to show any more than nine. If anyone knows how to get it to run 16 cams, it would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

My Camera gets connected. It moves with PTZ, but the display for the Camera is blank Black. Do we need to install some codec for video to show.
