As an artist myself, I can understand. Not every artist can teach their craft especially the super talented ones cause they just do it without knowing the terms and shit.

Not an artist, nor talented at all, but I can relate.
I can do something but when someone asks me how to do that I really don't know how to teach it to them.

Exactly. When my friend asked "can you teach me", I had to refuse because most of the time, I drew by intuition and not following any kind of art concept tutorials. I basically has almost zero knowledge about the artistic terminology of things. I just drew according to how my hand feels.
it's digital painting, just showing her full screen IS a tutorial, artists can piece together the rest.
non-artists are the ones that need the step by step breakdown. to which if she simply narrated what the hover and file menus say onscreen, and then described just how firmly she presses something while making a brushstroke, that's be more than enough.
her blender bg workflow was already a very thorough reference guide even if not a tutorial.
My teacher actually said that "the best experts in a field aren't necessary the best teachers for that field and the best teachers in that field aren't necessary the best experts". I'm fluent in English but it doesn't mean I can teach other people to do the same lol

tbf, the more talented u are, the less wall u gonna stumble upon, so u are less relatable to a normal talent person, u just breeze pass it without remember how u pass it

It’s understandable and very applicable outside of art. I can do my analysis and database stuff on my own through pure instinct but if you asked me to explain what I am doing or how it works, then brain returns monke

Bug Ina and smol Ina are completely different entities
To be honest, as an artist myself, if you want tutorial for art, there are a lot of people out there in the internet like Koolean, SamDoesArt, and many more. Or, you can just watch the timelapse of arts being drawn and try to replicate it in your own style. Upto a certain point, you can rely on tutorials, like the fundamentals and the intermediate. Beyond that, you rely on your own skills and creativity to replicate what you envisioned in your mind.
If you wish to learn on how to learn from Ina, try to watch some of her drawing livestreams, she indeed has a plethora of wisdom hidden in that. You just have to unearth it.
Aren't all her drawing streams basically drawing tutorials anyway? I'm a novice, but I've learned things about drawing just from watching her clips

I wanna learn how to draw but I have no clue where to start to get to Ina levels of skills
She just do one of those tutorials where is like "First you draw a circle, then another circle, then everything else and you're done"
it's same like me but in math and physic, my classmate always ask me how i did my calculation and teach them the way, but in reality, i just trying random basic math and try to fit in with the closest answer😂
Fundamentals, bruva, as long as we keep the addition, subtraction, division and multiplication rules dear, we basically own most of the toolbox, and the rest is iterative from that 😁

1st step draw 2 circle for body and head
2nd step connect the body and neck
3rd step draw 4 line for the base of the legs
4th step add little detail

I can't tell you how frustrating it is trying to learn digital art on TH-cam.
Teaching in of itself is a skill, and a lot of the so called TH-cam art teachers (even the "good" ones) they do not know how to teach to people.
I feel you on that one Ina. I'm an ASE Master Tech. and when ever my boss asks me to train someone it's like...uuuuuhhhhh

Brings to mind writing; I'm certainly not great but I observed enough nunances that I could make someone with talent great. Most people with talent are able to go ao far that things that wouldn't affect me trip them up.
Also there's Micky from the Rocky series; he was never a great boxer but his teaching made Rocky great.

She did want to make tutorial vids around 1.5 years ago, also with her own chibi illustrations to liven it up. Guess that plan has fallen by the wayside, alas.
As an digital artist and weeb, my thought process is, looks anime enough...
I definitely understand why. When trying to teach someone about drawing certain muscles I just "That muscle" and "This muscle" I don't have a clue what they are called, I just know that it's there.

Considering pictures were drawn by humans before we invented letters, in art, sometimes words are not that important

one who can master certain things so quickly, but very bad at passing down the knowledges to others.
In my previous workplace, we call those people "skill undertaker" & usually the bottom on the list for job promotion, lol.
"I don't know the vocabulary!" Ina says. So make something up along the way and we'll follow along, and those of us in school can confuse our teachers for teh funniez.
I might be wrong, but I think Bob Ross didn't rely on a rich vocabulary of professional terms either?
Ina doesn't give tutorials because the only one who could afford a lesson was Bae and she bought it on sale.
drawing is a visual thing, not a verbal thing. you don't need to know the big fancy words to teach it.
actually i think a drawing tutorial without vocabulary might be advantageous. of course not without any words but when you try to use simple words for what you're doing most likely anybody can understand. no one wants to hear people throwing fancy terms at you hear themselves sound above you. you're there to lern how to do things and keeping things as simple as possible will get the best results. i'd be up for an Ina tutorial still.
Understandable, Ina. When we learn by using it, we actually forget what it is and have a hard time explaining. Just like English.

Self taught artist have no idea whats the big art words are. I'm one of em and a friend of mine once ask me on tips to drawing and he said "I sound like I don't know what im talking about." 😂

Perhaps but to teach you have to explain. Only talented people would understand what she does/wants to do without a proper explanation.
Imagine explaining what is wrong with proportions/anatomy/shadows and lighting by saying that it looks wrong
