Not just a "rant". What you provide is called constructive criticism or feedback. I agree with you. If this is listened to and taken seriously (and actually implemented), it is good for everyone. For Goat and for the players. It's common companies in this genre seem to have this short term thinking believing they make more money from a few super whales who won't play the game very long than making the game popular to more players who will 1. play the game for a longer time because they enjoy it 2. Be willing to spend on optional things in game because they like them and not because it is required to compete. Of course spending to boost account progress is ok as long as it does not result in a situation where skill, strategy and team work are irrelevant because players could just buy their wins in PvP. (turning it in a spending competition instead of a game). And indeed, a lot of people really enjoy PvE and playing on their own pace.
I think they should have a guild dungeon mode. It would go like this- players enter a dungeon controlled by an opposing guild. The "boss" on each floor is a team from the other guild and deeper the level of the dungeon the stronger the opposing team. Guilds can be rewarded by how many of the players complete the dungeon and how many opposing teams cannot clear their dungeon.

The whole pve thing I've been talking about for as long as I can remember. The cosmetic ideas, the boss fights we NEED these things. I had 3 accounts now I only run 1. myself and guild mates who have 200 to 500 million strong teams have almost quit the game entirely because of the exact reasons u have stated in this video. Well Done mate I hope things change soon.
I don't hate GC, Sails and Sabers is my most hated game mode, but when GC launched, I immediately decided that I didn't care about collecting the bloodcrafts because I refuse to play the game of who has the biggest wallet. My guild has decided we're happy in our mediumcore bracket where nobody overly spends but we otherwise put in a effort to win. I check in 3 times a day (morning, reset, and bedtime) and that's it. But I can see why GC would burn out competitive whales, since the mode would just be a money sink and people being angry about other players making them spend to stay ahead. I have a f2p alt in a Top 50 guild and the game is on a different level when playing against someone like KITTY. When we fought KITTY's guild she declared that this was going to be a "rest" match for herself, decided which parts of the map she would keep for her team, and that she'd otherwise leave the other teams alone if they respected that. But if she had to spend money chasing people and their speed-ups she'd make them regret it. The third team in our match did not accept her terms and took towers in her territory so she bottled them up in their base and even though they were the second most powerful team they came in third since it was so hard for them to get out for any amount of time. My guildmaster, knowing we were outmatched, was running in overdrive making sure all of us were following chat and reading KITTY's rules so we could squeeze into second. It was one of the weirdest GCs I'd ever been in. I don't mind spending money on Bloodline (and I have), but it will never be for anything involving head-to-head to competition.
I was on that 3rd team and it sucked. Hated the fact that we were overmatched by Kittys team by MILLIONS and resented her trying to dictate how the match was to proceed. I almost quit the game after that gc but was talked off the ledge by my guildmates
My guild leader who was also in top 8 quit after the major push at end of season 6. Once bulko came out he was tired of spending money and time. GC could be fun, but the changes every season keep making it worse. The community is pretty much the only thing holding my guild together.
Sails and sabers was fun the first few rounds, but since then i get matched with nothing but big whales and they literally take all my trade earnings which is no fun at all; and those are also the opponents i have to fight against… My server is a couple of months old, no sprites. There is no way I can compete with an older server and have a fair chance…
I really hope Goat games listen to this video and starts trying to make this game better. I have been playing for over 600 days straight and play in one of the top guilds in GC. The drama at the top is off putting and I have to sit out rounds because I just don't have the ability to babysit the game mode. Another issue I have is that I have a very old and strong account but because I don't spend much on this game I am chronically lagging behind the power of those I'm pitted against. It always feels like I will just barley get to a place where I can win 10-20 % of the time and then something new comes out and I get dumpstered. Don't get me wrong I love this game but at this point I just focus one DD and pushing things like charm and intimacy. The one thing I love is chatting on my server with folks and helping where I can. Your video are also a highlight that I enjoy. Thank you for coming back. Even this video is wonderful. It's less negative and more constructive feedback. You pointed out some big flaws that are hurting the game but also offer some helpful solution that have been successful in other games.
I agree, Rage. I do really enjoy VOC and currently only 1 team has mooches in it. :) 3 teams are within a couple hours of points from each other, love it!! Lion Roar in the game too.
As a girl who started playing this game for the breeding hybrids aspect.....I would love customization. Let me buy different hair styles or outfits for my champions and companions . Let my hybrids actually look like a mix between the two. Not just a slight color change.
The only reason I started this game is because of the minimal time requirement, and they take this away. Result: 0 Cash from me from now on, and maybe quit in the process. And the gap of power in the Guild Conquest I just experienced this match, with guys having 500Mil power, and our best player has 20Mil power... just pissed me off!
I was given very little choice to join kitty's guild. And i have a lot to say on the subject and am too afraid any of those members will see it for me to say anything... but I and my former guild, agree with you.
I started playing like 2 weeks ago and I haven't spent a single cent, and I think I'm just gonna ride the wave until the f2p well dries out, which surprisingly, this game seems to have a fairly deep well, or is at least generous with its early f2p resources. I've never really played a gacha game before besides Yugioh Master Duel, if you count that, but this game has been a much better experience. Sucks to hear that the high-end stuff isn't faring too well.

Ill be the odd one out. Overall, I love GC and it is my favorite part of the game. That said, I fully agree with your criticism. Especially in top 50 where some rounds you spend locked in your base by whales that choose to be bullies. Match making, power leveling or something needs to be improved to make the game mode more conpetative. Sails and Saber- Spot on, it was great until cross server guilds ruined the match making. Summertimes Isles - absolutely horrible! One guild member gets to kill all the bosses and everyone else gets scraps. Sprits and convoke events are stupid expensive. I love the game, but something has got to change. Your idea on skins and better hybridization is great. Why cant we have hybrids that visually depict each clan trait? Or skins that dont cost $60 USD.
GC as it is sucks. I really like the idea of a guild competition where guilds work together against other guilds, but the mode you invented could easy used for this when you do a high score for the guilds. Then you have in the same mode coop AND competition and I fully agree with you that would be much more fun. Sales and sabers is very frustrating because it benefits big players. My main team scratches on the 100M then I have a 55 and a 45 team. In 2 seasons I had in total 3 pillages I could win, in 2 complete seasons!!! All others were way too strong to even win 1 of 3, not to think about more than that... That's absolutely frustrating. And smaller accounts have much less fun. Also the fact that getting pillaged reduces your points you earned through a lot of time. When you go to sleep with rang 4 and wake up with 40 that sucks because you can't do anything about it. That sucks. I really regret to buy the big ship for 50 euros because without my guild who are cool people I already had quit the game....
GC IS POOP! I wish it was a pve challenge as they once upon a time promised.. I hate both VoC and GC... Sadly, I still play both modes because I want summon stones and champion gear. 😢 And I kinda hate myself for it. AND YES! I STARTED TO PLAY TO MAKE HYBRIDS AND CUSTOMIZED HEROES!
First fix to GC is to move a player back to home base after sitting on another tower for more than 30 minutes (or some timeframe). This gets OP players off from just sitting there the whole round or simply blocking you in. There is a lot more to fix but that would be easy and quick.
Developers dont understand in my opinion the value of the ftp players. Its this very thing that gives dolphins sombody to trounce keep the ftp healthy keep them well stocked dont lock up content behind paywalls. With a strong free to play player base if every single free to play eventually paid even only $5 and you have a million plus players that is not a small thing. It is why crowd sourcing can be so effective would you rather have 25,000 whales paying 12,000 a year untill they get board or pissed of or millions of players paying $5 and still having whales and dolphins adding to that sure an edge should be had from spending money but it should cause ftp to quit there needs to be a balance maybe make it so certain criteria happens where if your facing a whale guild if a certain point margin is reached make it so timers kick them out of the towers and lock resources from being attained in game mode could still be purchased outside of game mode without ranting to long could go on for days but put restrictions on say 500k+ margin where now it will enable the ftp with weaker teams to get margin boosts to get back into the game and at least be able to play still. Call it a fatigue factor lol. Agree guild conquest is a let down and unhealthy physically and toxic socially but it could be fixed and changes could be made so its not wasted money they spent in development. Agree there needs to be in guild game modes that are interactive with way better rewards not just resources. That way if a guild still wants to build teams they can without the competetive aspect but a cooperative one instead. And these rewards could be good enough to allow you to compete in the pvp parts of the game.
I play on Brazilian servers, we have an active community within the WhatsApp group with more than 200 players. We also miss interactivity with everyone in the game, we miss new events, new campaigns, better support, really taking the research they do seriously... and I'm not even going to go into the prices, as the values are in dollars and for Brazilians each dollar corresponds to 5 times the value... They should think about free events, to strengthen the game community, make things more intuitive and value their players. QUESTION: Will we have any cool events for the 2nd anniversary celebration?
In fact, I think the game might die, and it's a shame because this game has incredible potential! What is a shame. I suggest we send an email, asking for this attention and also showing how cool the game is! But this has to be for you players of the same language, as it has greater weight!
I don't realy hate gc but I do wish the matching was better balanced. Like you, I'm not a big spender and the only things I get in the conqest store is bloodcraft shards and the 40% off speedups.
I commented a long time ago when that whole new pvp game mode came the FIRST time and I decided to quit due to that female vampire lady being on every team my guild faced and I was the top guy, #1 in my server and I decided to just exit out the game and delete forever. And I’ve never looked back every since.
I totally agree, GOAT games needs to see and pay attention. You can fix the game, make it fun again for new and old players. We need more PVE events. We need less p2w, we need GC fixed.
I used to play Raid Shadow Legends and I have massively enjoyed BLD since I picked it up c9months ago. We made Top 50 for the first time last season and were thrilled. No whales but all very active. We loved it for about a month - and now we started in the Top 50 we get absolutely dumped on every round. Guilds are actually both competing for 3rd to drop out of Top 50 for a bit.
There is a lot going for this game for early to mid game, but the end game looks pretty stale. Arena not limited to one server would be better too - love that element of the Luxis - but let us test our teams against others on our own time and with the ability to play the same team to make our teams better. Or merge more servers. I am a minnow and already easily top of server arena.
This is 100% facts and all the ideas I'd spend money on. GC isn't worth it and I won't spend a cent on it because it just won't get me anywhere. I just opt in and leave it. Not worth even trying to figure out. It's just boring.
Big spenders don't care about these games. Each one is as disposable to them as the next. They're after the ego boost, and the moment that runs out, they leave the game. That is why nothing is going to change.
Hey Ragepanda, I fully agree with all points you said. I Play on Server 1480, we just get Sprites some days Abo and it‘s another p2w Point in this game. We see a lot of players quit in case of that much p2w. We have only around 70 to 80 active players left on this server, that are less than 2 full guilds, that is no good situation for a server that is just a bit more than 3 month old. In my opinion the game dies much quicker than a year When they don‘t change it. Thank you so much for your true words about all that s.hit.
When I got to GC, for a second I thought I miss clicked and entered VoC :V Nope, it's a version of VoC that got crushed with hellfire hammers, then assembled back with some chinese glue. Why do we have 2 extremely similar game modes, mind that the second one is way more time consuming and boring. GC feels like a a huge jelly pool filled with 3 guilds of sleepy flies. And we're slooowly swimming in the jelly...
After 2.5 years, I quit Vikingard because of this kinda BS. I hope they listen to your feedback. If implemented right could widen the profit margins with minimal coding changes.
I was liking the VoC but it was taking too much time for me so I stopped even singing up. If GC was at VoC map between 4 guilds would be much better. The GC mode is trash to me. Most of the time I move once per day and pray that our base camp was not taken yet.
Im about 45 days into playing. I have spent a little money on the game and I do agree that GC is really dull. I typically play a few times a day but this game mode requires you to literally play all day long. When your guild goes to sleep you wake up to having to spend more resources to get back in the game. Needs a huge rework imo
Blood craft shards are impossible to get and I feel like they look better than the actual hybrids you can create. Those nice designs should have been achievable with the regular breeding. Or make us buy a few shards that could be used in any breeding to make nicer hybrids. I also would love a boss to have a weakness. like a fire dragon should have a ice or water weakness. Or a plant based tree boss should have a fire weakness. It would make us think and actually plan our teams around the boss,thus making us collect more characters. Maybe even making the weak ones useful.
Yeah I saw too, some server guild from X server one guild had one powerful player and all other teammates had the same team with fenix and male water and sun both 13 stars, everything was same for all of the players

Fresh example: Server 75. Started somehwre in Jannuary, 24. There was top Spender - Artorius, when ive came in. Im spener as well, btw. So, we were competitors for server ratings and spent to win. Then we've got GC and VC. He didnt paticipate in VC at all - said it's not worthy (yep, rewards were absolete for 500 gems and time spent). Ive checked it and was dissapointed. Yes we had to join the same guild for GC and spend together to win cuz our counterparts were much more active guild wise and had spenders as well. First, it was adrenaline rush, ofc. Artorius was like mad and spent alot for speedups. Yes, we won. BUT! What was the reward? Artorius expected much more bloodborn shards out of GC season, he expected enough to collect Scarlet at least. No way, he was wrong. Frustration was BIG. He has quit! Im alone, im top of the server with no partnership for GC. Bored. Spend much less - a lil for those events. And see how my guild dieing, how my server is dieing.
Agreed, I don't enjoy Guild conquest at all. It feels more like a chore and like half the time I'm fighting 100-200m guild teams vs my 20-50k guild teams. I'd honestly like to see some expansion with dungeon decent too cause it's also pretty boring. Maybe a guild cooperative version that is more challenging and engaging. I'd say even adding some puzzle sort of aspect to it would make it more fun to get through. Honest though cosmetic additions would be a great idea. I used to love this game called Blade and Soul and all their paid content as well as a lot of their quests and dungeons and such involved cosmetic drops.
Guild Conquest and VOC are so frustrating, and I don't care for either of them. It's horrible and I don't enjoy playing either of them. We've even tried making deals with the other teams we face to let others score but even then it's hard. I hope they listen to you. I love trying to make hybrids and making my champions look different. It's why I want to play. I hate that I can't always get the look I want coz the skill I need doesn't work.
Too many 180º changes. I invested in champs and traits which have become useless right now… I don’t have bulko, which is pretty mandatory to have rn if you want to pvp. They have been trying to counter the most OP champ for 4 months or so and it doesn’t work, none of their counter measures. People don’t like this kind of sudden changes. Breaking the meta like they do only means disappointment. Changes should be gradually.
I think that Guild conquest is a 5/10 game mode when you judge it solely on how the game mode plays. Now consider the other things like Speed up tickets, time/diamond/$ investment, Guild hopping etc, and the rewards that essentially require you be ranking high and/or spending a lot of real money to obtain. When you have these factors attached to guild conquest it becomes a 1/10 game mode. I consider myself lucky to be in a strong guild with good people however I'm barely able to actually "play" the game mode due to being not strong enough an even if I was the time/diamond investment required for the game mode at the top level is wildly excessive and unnecessary. It makes me feel bad that I can't really help out my guild that much. The idea of Sprites an how they function is great the problem with them is availability being behind a paywall. If Epic/unique sprites were more accessible through sprite eggs or something else it would be more reasonable (more ways to earn sprite shards or get more sprite eggs etc). VoC having so many inactives players is an issue the only solution I thought of would be to remove players who are inactive an let people who missed the sign up for VoC join. As a solution to teams being down players anyone who missed the original VoC sign up/got removed for inactivity can sign up to join a queue as substitute for in progress games with higher activity requirements? That would give people who forget to sign up a chance an if someone was inactive and got removed they would have to spend another 500 diamonds to sign up again.

This june will make me a year of playing and i have spent roughly 2500 dollars on this game and i still cant get anywhere in GC cause im not strong enough it sucks. I really don't understand why people pay so much money. I came from Empires&Puzzles and there you don't even have a tiny chance without spending tons of money. But here in Bloodline, you can get everything for free. You can earn enough diamonds to get mystic heroes (with the compantion-event, not summons 😉 ) I play since almost a year and I'm very happy with this game. Ok, the guild-conquest etc. could be done better. But it's ok for me. Yes, with money everything happens faster, but you can get everything without, too 🙂
None of your ideas will work. More skins - GOAT games will make them heavily P2W. Likely by slapping on huge buffs and then deciding because the buffs are so great, gotta make them hard to get. Look at how they have currently implemented skins with that weird roulette system designed to milk you for as much money as possible. They just can't help themselves. Stop releasing sprites so often - We all complained about GOAT releasing new champions too often. They heard us and promised they'll cut back on that. What did they do a few months after? Went right back to insanely quick releases to milk us for all we are worth. New game mode that isn't designed by morons - Nope, sadly that's all they have. I get the strong feeling the game was never meant to be successful. It was meant to be a quick cash grab and then left to die, but somehow they designed something good and ended up with more players/attention then they were expecting. What kind of game devs consistently have this many bugs in their product? What kind of devs don't bother to do even the most basic of quality checks and proper translations before patches? Who gives up on entire game modes like VoC, while still spewing out garbage like more champions/sprites consistently? Why are there so few devs, who seem to always be overworked? All signs of a game on life support. It's a cash cow generating so much free revenue that they don't want to put in any effort or costs into improving the game when they can just let it fizzle out while milking us for every penny along the way.
All the events you mentioned are trash. But, I like GC because it's short enough that it ends before I get frustrated enough to _hate_ it. VoC is super bad because the teams are random players. Not your teammates. 😂
Also you are spot on I would spent $30 right now to get that red kobold dragon lady skin.. but I refuse to pay the money they want for most all what they offer… and yes I have spent about $150x2 as my wife also plays so what I get I get for her also. But I am sick of the crap I have been seeing as the focus of GOAT. Make the game fun and give us fun stuff to buy at reasonable prices $2, $5, $10 and no more than $30. Also stop putting in event like convoking that I can not complete with out spending money that pi$$es me off and make not NOT spend …
I hate VOC, the tier im in is just a handfull of players abusing the sprite system to stay low and dominate, just sit on the towers and you cant leave your area. Its might based, and because sprites add alot of stats, everything else is maxed, but keep those low and you can cheese the mode. I may be the minority, but i like GC, Its my preffered game mode, but its really the clan im with that make it fun, its good when we are winning, but sucky when we are not, we had Siobhana lock us in the entire match, and god she just wouldnt stop talking in chat, completly loved herself.. The new cross server clans has ruined the game mode. Sail & Sabers is wank, i dont even touch it. What goat needs to do is actually step back from the constant attempt at trying to dry wallets, covokes are piss poor, hardly any F2P point in playing and even spending the returns just are not there imo, Id spend more if i felt i got more in return for covokes. Ending up with a useless 6* sprite isnt great, and yes i say usless, my 3 standard sprites are maxed, but the pull rate on epics is shockingly bad, im brick walled, i switch between 1 of the 3 standards and bulko depending on the line up of teams, and my team drops by 25m in total might, just adding bulko in. Im not a cosmetic person, but they need to make the $ go further, but the suggestion of adding other revunes of income may reduce the constant birage of spend money, they should revisit the hybrid system, so many champions diluting the pool, and the "hybrids" just look crap or are not even there, or a whole marraige tweak, to get the look you want but the trait you want. Id love more PVE game modes, A Hard mode on campaign would be great, A re-vamp on old champs, bringing them up to scratch. Game modes where you do have to be tactical sounds great, with a scaling system so everyone has the same amount of contribution. My level of play if its not 15* and 50+ Vigor its not competting, Its wallet and resource heavy to build any other champ except what you already have. Slowly growing tired of the game tbh, which is sad because it could be a great game. Edit, the last promo code, the valentines one is an indication of how much Goat game don't care about their communiy, it was 9 charm and intamacy points and 2 rings, it wasnt even worth writing the code in.

I disagree with you regarding VoC event.That event is the best event in this game bcz of 1 thing:all players are almost same power.I play this game for 1 year just for VoC event,where i have all my fun.Opposite to VoC,is GC,that i don't like at all,where you can meet players with hunderd of millions power more than you and you have no chance to win.Tho,they adjusted a little GC,in the way that activity is rewarded with points,but even so,if you can't defeat players who sit on towers,you can't have acitivity...not to mention that towers can be blocked by strong enemies and you are stuck inside base...And i think game will go down soon,just bcz they don't add anything new or QoL for this game.All they add are super p2w events,nothing else.

The sad thing is, that not Goat Game is killing the game, it's Tencent and to be honest in EU it's way worse than now on US Servers. EU law is coming 2027, so every kind of Game is creating now P2W factors into a game, to get the money to china. Look at Blizzard mate, there it was the same thing. It's not anymore about good games, it's about money and do profit! You should try Dungeon Hunter 6, then you know what P2W means! You're really capped there as F2P! DH1-5 were great, but since Goat Games is on Board with Tencent it's only cash cash cash. Some facts, all weekly + monthly battle passes atm cost you like 1500$ per month and that's only the basic stuffs to get! And to be honest check the game Skull&Bones out, you can purchase premium currency, but only for skins. ;)

The whole pve thing I've been talking about for as long as I can remember. The cosmetic ideas, the boss fights we NEED these things. I had 3 accounts now I only run 1. myself and guild mates who have 200 to 500 million strong teams have almost quit the game entirely because of the exact reasons u have stated in this video. Well Done mate I hope things change soon.
I don't hate GC, Sails and Sabers is my most hated game mode, but when GC launched, I immediately decided that I didn't care about collecting the bloodcrafts because I refuse to play the game of who has the biggest wallet. My guild has decided we're happy in our mediumcore bracket where nobody overly spends but we otherwise put in a effort to win. I check in 3 times a day (morning, reset, and bedtime) and that's it.
But I can see why GC would burn out competitive whales, since the mode would just be a money sink and people being angry about other players making them spend to stay ahead.
I have a f2p alt in a Top 50 guild and the game is on a different level when playing against someone like KITTY. When we fought KITTY's guild she declared that this was going to be a "rest" match for herself, decided which parts of the map she would keep for her team, and that she'd otherwise leave the other teams alone if they respected that. But if she had to spend money chasing people and their speed-ups she'd make them regret it.
The third team in our match did not accept her terms and took towers in her territory so she bottled them up in their base and even though they were the second most powerful team they came in third since it was so hard for them to get out for any amount of time. My guildmaster, knowing we were outmatched, was running in overdrive making sure all of us were following chat and reading KITTY's rules so we could squeeze into second. It was one of the weirdest GCs I'd ever been in.
I don't mind spending money on Bloodline (and I have), but it will never be for anything involving head-to-head to competition.
We had the same issue. She decided that it was her New Year's. So she blocked us all in and didn't move the whole round. Was absolutely ridiculous
I was on that 3rd team and it sucked. Hated the fact that we were overmatched by Kittys team by MILLIONS and resented her trying to dictate how the match was to proceed. I almost quit the game after that gc but was talked off the ledge by my guildmates
My guild leader who was also in top 8 quit after the major push at end of season 6. Once bulko came out he was tired of spending money and time. GC could be fun, but the changes every season keep making it worse. The community is pretty much the only thing holding my guild together.

Sails and sabers was fun the first few rounds, but since then i get matched with nothing but big whales and they literally take all my trade earnings which is no fun at all; and those are also the opponents i have to fight against…
My server is a couple of months old, no sprites. There is no way I can compete with an older server and have a fair chance…
They need a better algorithm to match young servers with eachother i’ve had the same issue in guild conquest itsself
I really hope Goat games listen to this video and starts trying to make this game better. I have been playing for over 600 days straight and play in one of the top guilds in GC. The drama at the top is off putting and I have to sit out rounds because I just don't have the ability to babysit the game mode. Another issue I have is that I have a very old and strong account but because I don't spend much on this game I am chronically lagging behind the power of those I'm pitted against. It always feels like I will just barley get to a place where I can win 10-20 % of the time and then something new comes out and I get dumpstered. Don't get me wrong I love this game but at this point I just focus one DD and pushing things like charm and intimacy.
The one thing I love is chatting on my server with folks and helping where I can. Your video are also a highlight that I enjoy. Thank you for coming back. Even this video is wonderful. It's less negative and more constructive feedback. You pointed out some big flaws that are hurting the game but also offer some helpful solution that have been successful in other games.
I agree, Rage. I do really enjoy VOC and currently only 1 team has mooches in it. :) 3 teams are within a couple hours of points from each other, love it!! Lion Roar in the game too.

As a girl who started playing this game for the breeding hybrids aspect.....I would love customization. Let me buy different hair styles or outfits for my champions and companions . Let my hybrids actually look like a mix between the two. Not just a slight color change.
May be they could do some reverse engineering, from asian games which lasted almost a decade, and now its getting relauched.
The only reason I started this game is because of the minimal time requirement, and they take this away. Result: 0 Cash from me from now on, and maybe quit in the process. And the gap of power in the Guild Conquest I just experienced this match, with guys having 500Mil power, and our best player has 20Mil power... just pissed me off!

I started playing like 2 weeks ago and I haven't spent a single cent, and I think I'm just gonna ride the wave until the f2p well dries out, which surprisingly, this game seems to have a fairly deep well, or is at least generous with its early f2p resources. I've never really played a gacha game before besides Yugioh Master Duel, if you count that, but this game has been a much better experience. Sucks to hear that the high-end stuff isn't faring too well.

That said, I fully agree with your criticism. Especially in top 50 where some rounds you spend locked in your base by whales that choose to be bullies. Match making, power leveling or something needs to be improved to make the game mode more conpetative.
Sails and Saber- Spot on, it was great until cross server guilds ruined the match making.
Summertimes Isles - absolutely horrible! One guild member gets to kill all the bosses and everyone else gets scraps.
Sprits and convoke events are stupid expensive.

GC as it is sucks. I really like the idea of a guild competition where guilds work together against other guilds, but the mode you invented could easy used for this when you do a high score for the guilds. Then you have in the same mode coop AND competition and I fully agree with you that would be much more fun.
Sales and sabers is very frustrating because it benefits big players. My main team scratches on the 100M then I have a 55 and a 45 team. In 2 seasons I had in total 3 pillages I could win, in 2 complete seasons!!! All others were way too strong to even win 1 of 3, not to think about more than that... That's absolutely frustrating. And smaller accounts have much less fun. Also the fact that getting pillaged reduces your points you earned through a lot of time. When you go to sleep with rang 4 and wake up with 40 that sucks because you can't do anything about it. That sucks. I really regret to buy the big ship for 50 euros because without my guild who are cool people I already had quit the game....

Gc is boring and monotonous. The matching socks and rewards are not worth the play
First fix to GC is to move a player back to home base after sitting on another tower for more than 30 minutes (or some timeframe). This gets OP players off from just sitting there the whole round or simply blocking you in. There is a lot more to fix but that would be easy and quick.
Developers dont understand in my opinion the value of the ftp players. Its this very thing that gives dolphins sombody to trounce keep the ftp healthy keep them well stocked dont lock up content behind paywalls. With a strong free to play player base if every single free to play eventually paid even only $5 and you have a million plus players that is not a small thing. It is why crowd sourcing can be so effective would you rather have 25,000 whales paying 12,000 a year untill they get board or pissed of or millions of players paying $5 and still having whales and dolphins adding to that sure an edge should be had from spending money but it should cause ftp to quit there needs to be a balance maybe make it so certain criteria happens where if your facing a whale guild if a certain point margin is reached make it so timers kick them out of the towers and lock resources from being attained in game mode could still be purchased outside of game mode without ranting to long could go on for days but put restrictions on say 500k+ margin where now it will enable the ftp with weaker teams to get margin boosts to get back into the game and at least be able to play still. Call it a fatigue factor lol. Agree guild conquest is a let down and unhealthy physically and toxic socially but it could be fixed and changes could be made so its not wasted money they spent in development. Agree there needs to be in guild game modes that are interactive with way better rewards not just resources. That way if a guild still wants to build teams they can without the competetive aspect but a cooperative one instead. And these rewards could be good enough to allow you to compete in the pvp parts of the game.
I was in the top guild on my server.... Then they merged servers, and I quit BL. So glad I did, because it's obviously still a pos.

I play on Brazilian servers, we have an active community within the WhatsApp group with more than 200 players. We also miss interactivity with everyone in the game, we miss new events, new campaigns, better support, really taking the research they do seriously... and I'm not even going to go into the prices, as the values are in dollars and for Brazilians each dollar corresponds to 5 times the value...
They should think about free events, to strengthen the game community, make things more intuitive and value their players.

I don't realy hate gc but I do wish the matching was better balanced. Like you, I'm not a big spender and the only things I get in the conqest store is bloodcraft shards and the 40% off speedups.

I commented a long time ago when that whole new pvp game mode came the FIRST time and I decided to quit due to that female vampire lady being on every team my guild faced and I was the top guy, #1 in my server and I decided to just exit out the game and delete forever. And I’ve never looked back every since.
I was furious with how OP Daevala was. What's crazy is that now, you barely ever even see her on C teams. The power creep is nuts.
I totally agree, GOAT games needs to see and pay attention. You can fix the game, make it fun again for new and old players. We need more PVE events. We need less p2w, we need GC fixed.

I used to play Raid Shadow Legends and I have massively enjoyed BLD since I picked it up c9months ago. We made Top 50 for the first time last season and were thrilled. No whales but all very active. We loved it for about a month - and now we started in the Top 50 we get absolutely dumped on every round. Guilds are actually both competing for 3rd to drop out of Top 50 for a bit.
There is a lot going for this game for early to mid game, but the end game looks pretty stale. Arena not limited to one server would be better too - love that element of the Luxis - but let us test our teams against others on our own time and with the ability to play the same team to make our teams better. Or merge more servers. I am a minnow and already easily top of server arena.
I've spent about $205 on this game over 14 months. Would LOVE Aiko

This is 100% facts and all the ideas I'd spend money on. GC isn't worth it and I won't spend a cent on it because it just won't get me anywhere. I just opt in and leave it. Not worth even trying to figure out. It's just boring.
Big spenders don't care about these games. Each one is as disposable to them as the next. They're after the ego boost, and the moment that runs out, they leave the game. That is why nothing is going to change.

Hey Ragepanda, I fully agree with all points you said. I Play on Server 1480, we just get Sprites some days Abo and it‘s another p2w Point in this game. We see a lot of players quit in case of that much p2w. We have only around 70 to 80 active players left on this server, that are less than 2 full guilds, that is no good situation for a server that is just a bit more than 3 month old.
In my opinion the game dies much quicker than a year When they don‘t change it.

Nope, it's a version of VoC that got crushed with hellfire hammers, then assembled back with some chinese glue. Why do we have 2 extremely similar game modes, mind that the second one is way more time consuming and boring. GC feels like a a huge jelly pool filled with 3 guilds of sleepy flies. And we're slooowly swimming in the jelly...

I was liking the VoC but it was taking too much time for me so I stopped even singing up. If GC was at VoC map between 4 guilds would be much better. The GC mode is trash to me. Most of the time I move once per day and pray that our base camp was not taken yet.
Im about 45 days into playing. I have spent a little money on the game and I do agree that GC is really dull. I typically play a few times a day but this game mode requires you to literally play all day long. When your guild goes to sleep you wake up to having to spend more resources to get back in the game. Needs a huge rework imo

Blood craft shards are impossible to get and I feel like they look better than the actual hybrids you can create. Those nice designs should have been achievable with the regular breeding. Or make us buy a few shards that could be used in any breeding to make nicer hybrids.
I also would love a boss to have a weakness. like a fire dragon should have a ice or water weakness. Or a plant based tree boss should have a fire weakness. It would make us think and actually plan our teams around the boss,thus making us collect more characters. Maybe even making the weak ones useful.
Yeah I saw too, some server guild from X server one guild had one powerful player and all other teammates had the same team with fenix and male water and sun both 13 stars, everything was same for all of the players

Fresh example: Server 75. Started somehwre in Jannuary, 24. There was top Spender - Artorius, when ive came in. Im spener as well, btw. So, we were competitors for server ratings and spent to win. Then we've got GC and VC. He didnt paticipate in VC at all - said it's not worthy (yep, rewards were absolete for 500 gems and time spent). Ive checked it and was dissapointed. Yes we had to join the same guild for GC and spend together to win cuz our counterparts were much more active guild wise and had spenders as well. First, it was adrenaline rush, ofc. Artorius was like mad and spent alot for speedups. Yes, we won. BUT! What was the reward? Artorius expected much more bloodborn shards out of GC season, he expected enough to collect Scarlet at least. No way, he was wrong. Frustration was BIG. He has quit! Im alone, im top of the server with no partnership for GC. Bored. Spend much less - a lil for those events. And see how my guild dieing, how my server is dieing.

Agreed, I don't enjoy Guild conquest at all. It feels more like a chore and like half the time I'm fighting 100-200m guild teams vs my 20-50k guild teams. I'd honestly like to see some expansion with dungeon decent too cause it's also pretty boring. Maybe a guild cooperative version that is more challenging and engaging. I'd say even adding some puzzle sort of aspect to it would make it more fun to get through. Honest though cosmetic additions would be a great idea. I used to love this game called Blade and Soul and all their paid content as well as a lot of their quests and dungeons and such involved cosmetic drops.
Guild Conquest and VOC are so frustrating, and I don't care for either of them. It's horrible and I don't enjoy playing either of them. We've even tried making deals with the other teams we face to let others score but even then it's hard.
I hope they listen to you. I love trying to make hybrids and making my champions look different. It's why I want to play. I hate that I can't always get the look I want coz the skill I need doesn't work.
Too many 180º changes. I invested in champs and traits which have become useless right now… I don’t have bulko, which is pretty mandatory to have rn if you want to pvp. They have been trying to counter the most OP champ for 4 months or so and it doesn’t work, none of their counter measures. People don’t like this kind of sudden changes. Breaking the meta like they do only means disappointment. Changes should be gradually.
I think that Guild conquest is a 5/10 game mode when you judge it solely on how the game mode plays. Now consider the other things like Speed up tickets, time/diamond/$ investment, Guild hopping etc, and the rewards that essentially require you be ranking high and/or spending a lot of real money to obtain. When you have these factors attached to guild conquest it becomes a 1/10 game mode. I consider myself lucky to be in a strong guild with good people however I'm barely able to actually "play" the game mode due to being not strong enough an even if I was the time/diamond investment required for the game mode at the top level is wildly excessive and unnecessary. It makes me feel bad that I can't really help out my guild that much. The idea of Sprites an how they function is great the problem with them is availability being behind a paywall. If Epic/unique sprites were more accessible through sprite eggs or something else it would be more reasonable (more ways to earn sprite shards or get more sprite eggs etc). VoC having so many inactives players is an issue the only solution I thought of would be to remove players who are inactive an let people who missed the sign up for VoC join. As a solution to teams being down players anyone who missed the original VoC sign up/got removed for inactivity can sign up to join a queue as substitute for in progress games with higher activity requirements? That would give people who forget to sign up a chance an if someone was inactive and got removed they would have to spend another 500 diamonds to sign up again.

This june will make me a year of playing and i have spent roughly 2500 dollars on this game and i still cant get anywhere in GC cause im not strong enough it sucks. This game is getting boring to play. I would like see cosmetics forsure that would be cool and i would definitely spend money to get stuff like that. I really don't understand why people pay so much money. I came from Empires&Puzzles and there you don't even have a tiny chance without spending tons of money. But here in Bloodline, you can get everything for free. You can earn enough diamonds to get mystic heroes (with the compantion-event, not summons 😉 ) I play since almost a year and I'm very happy with this game. Ok, the guild-conquest etc. could be done better. But it's ok for me. Yes, with money everything happens faster, but you can get everything without, too 🙂

More skins - GOAT games will make them heavily P2W. Likely by slapping on huge buffs and then deciding because the buffs are so great, gotta make them hard to get. Look at how they have currently implemented skins with that weird roulette system designed to milk you for as much money as possible. They just can't help themselves.
Stop releasing sprites so often - We all complained about GOAT releasing new champions too often. They heard us and promised they'll cut back on that. What did they do a few months after? Went right back to insanely quick releases to milk us for all we are worth.
New game mode that isn't designed by morons - Nope, sadly that's all they have. I get the strong feeling the game was never meant to be successful. It was meant to be a quick cash grab and then left to die, but somehow they designed something good and ended up with more players/attention then they were expecting.
What kind of game devs consistently have this many bugs in their product? What kind of devs don't bother to do even the most basic of quality checks and proper translations before patches? Who gives up on entire game modes like VoC, while still spewing out garbage like more champions/sprites consistently? Why are there so few devs, who seem to always be overworked? All signs of a game on life support. It's a cash cow generating so much free revenue that they don't want to put in any effort or costs into improving the game when they can just let it fizzle out while milking us for every penny along the way.
All the events you mentioned are trash. But, I like GC because it's short enough that it ends before I get frustrated enough to _hate_ it. VoC is super bad because the teams are random players. Not your teammates. 😂

I hate VOC, the tier im in is just a handfull of players abusing the sprite system to stay low and dominate, just sit on the towers and you cant leave your area. Its might based, and because sprites add alot of stats, everything else is maxed, but keep those low and you can cheese the mode. I may be the minority, but i like GC, Its my preffered game mode, but its really the clan im with that make it fun, its good when we are winning, but sucky when we are not, we had Siobhana lock us in the entire match, and god she just wouldnt stop talking in chat, completly loved herself.. The new cross server clans has ruined the game mode. Sail & Sabers is wank, i dont even touch it.
What goat needs to do is actually step back from the constant attempt at trying to dry wallets, covokes are piss poor, hardly any F2P point in playing and even spending the returns just are not there imo, Id spend more if i felt i got more in return for covokes. Ending up with a useless 6* sprite isnt great, and yes i say usless, my 3 standard sprites are maxed, but the pull rate on epics is shockingly bad, im brick walled, i switch between 1 of the 3 standards and bulko depending on the line up of teams, and my team drops by 25m in total might, just adding bulko in.
Im not a cosmetic person, but they need to make the $ go further, but the suggestion of adding other revunes of income may reduce the constant birage of spend money, they should revisit the hybrid system, so many champions diluting the pool, and the "hybrids" just look crap or are not even there, or a whole marraige tweak, to get the look you want but the trait you want.
Id love more PVE game modes, A Hard mode on campaign would be great, A re-vamp on old champs, bringing them up to scratch. Game modes where you do have to be tactical sounds great, with a scaling system so everyone has the same amount of contribution. My level of play if its not 15* and 50+ Vigor its not competting, Its wallet and resource heavy to build any other champ except what you already have. Slowly growing tired of the game tbh, which is sad because it could be a great game.
Edit, the last promo code, the valentines one is an indication of how much Goat game don't care about their communiy, it was 9 charm and intamacy points and 2 rings, it wasnt even worth writing the code in.

I disagree with you regarding VoC event.That event is the best event in this game bcz of 1 thing:all players are almost same power.I play this game for 1 year just for VoC event,where i have all my fun.Opposite to VoC,is GC,that i don't like at all,where you can meet players with hunderd of millions power more than you and you have no chance to win.Tho,they adjusted a little GC,in the way that activity is rewarded with points,but even so,if you can't defeat players who sit on towers,you can't have acitivity...not to mention that towers can be blocked by strong enemies and you are stuck inside base...And i think game will go down soon,just bcz they don't add anything new or QoL for this game.All they add are super p2w events,nothing else.

So why dont you make a game of your own? (Not being sarcastic) Your ideas sound good and fair. Why not build a team to make a game from what your asking for?
If I thought it was a thing I could actually complete I would do just that. I don’t have any money to pay the people I’d need. But I do think I could be a good idea man for such a project.

You forgotten me mate. I spent as well like 6.000€ into the game in total and stopped playing it.
The sad thing is, that not Goat Game is killing the game, it's Tencent and to be honest in EU it's way worse than now on US Servers. EU law is coming 2027, so every kind of Game is creating now P2W factors into a game, to get the money to china.

DH1-5 were great, but since Goat Games is on Board with Tencent it's only cash cash cash.
Some facts, all weekly + monthly battle passes atm cost you like 1500$ per month and that's only the basic stuffs to get!
And to be honest check the game Skull&Bones out, you can purchase premium currency, but only for skins. ;)
