Y2022 will be a Huat year with even more dividends and gains for Lendlease Reit
JEM mall + Grange Road redevelopment ( under renowned Architects: DP architects )
DP architects synonymous with SG Sports Hub.
And Lendlease Reit won the Grange Road tender as the second lowest bidder (means they pay 4 times less for that land!) = more dividends

Vested in ascendas. I like their properties. Waiting for opportunities to enter MIT/MLT if it dips.
does the price controls on singapore real estate have a negative effect on the reit prices?
Maybe a better comparison is Areit vs Mapletree industrial as the property types and mix are more similar

You mentioned industrial reits are more resilient now. But instead of Mapletree industrial reits, you are instead talking about Mapletree logistics reits. May I know why?

I feel pessimistic about HK and China. Mapletree Logistics has significant portion of HK+China properties while Ascendas has none. So I prefer the latter, i.e. Ascendas.
