good job wonderfull machine respect and well made. cooling is important especialy the bearings. i had the same problem with cooling and lubrication to the bearings it sounds that the turbine touches the NGV system axiale. i think maybe 2 mm more clearance will solve it.
1:43 it should be opposite, blades facing the hole inwards, and an outer mounting system with ball bearings, like a tank turret ring. Then, the turbine can be made any length.... creates a fire tornado, which is great, also quieter.
Another way of increasing efficiency in a somatic way (same thing, slightly different variation), is changing the type of air intake, and the type of nozzle. @@Praendy thanks for replying, yeah i checked it's amazing, I am just concerned about the material selection i am currently at the conceptual design i hope if you could help me with that or any study material that I should follow. ✌️
I know of several companies that make small jet engines in Europe. Could you possibly buy fuel pumps for jet engines with a thrust of 100 kg or more? For example the fuel pump of jet cat p1000 or pbs tj 100 and tj150. I'm looking for a fuel pump with 3lpm performance at 6bar. They don't answer my emails. can you do my favor? If I can't buy a pump, I'll have to make the pump myself. Pump development is difficult because there is no company that makes a small amount of small gears or the like.
Seems like it runs pretty good once started. Might need to figure a way to keep it spinning on cool-down so you don't get any warping or other similar issues. My limited understanding is stopping a jet turbine while it's still hot may lead to bad news regarding its maintenance. And is the scraping at the end on the outer periphery or is it the bearings?
Hi, the ngv is not the problem. I figured out the engine housing, where the ngv is screwed in, is a bit warped. At the moment I build a new "bigger" housing and the problem will be solved. Usualy I use a 90mm electric impeller in front of the air intake to cool down the engine. Thank you😉 Andy
So i am a bit of a curious man, and i wonder if one could have the fins mounted from a rail on the housing that spins inward with no central shaft or secondary purpose for a shaft such as to move the air around it in a configuration to cause the bottle neck at a rocket expansion cone just after the fuel is mixed, so that when the air fuel mixture exits the choke point the compression of the air is great enough for it to combust the fuel in the cone for maximum thrust... secondary air stream around the outer circumference of the rocket cone to create force vectoring?

Hydro turbines introduced so funny names, but I understand that axial compressor blades mostly lie in a plane ( small angle ) to press into the chamber. Turbine blades on the other hand are "vertical" at angle 90° for maximum torque. So I understood that the exhaust velocity is far above the velocity of the blades?
