V-BELT and SON - you should convert the oil bath over to grease. I always had bearing problems and high hub temps then I switched to EP #2 grease problems solved.
@@Freakingstang that's a lie. Big rigs also use grease hubs. They have the same problems that we with these utility trailers do. I use to own a 18 wheeler and ran this same EP #2 grease that's why I know about it. Get your information straight before you speak on what you don't know about.
I picked up a 3pt receiver hit attachment that also has a gneck ball on the top (up by the top link). I use it with my 85 hp Mahindra. It works great. I don’t do it too much due to the weight but have even been able to move them with 6 cords of oak firewood stacked up. It has no problem moving out 36’ load max trailers. Only negative is it does take longer to swap 3point attachments then it does skid steer style quick attach. But it seems to be sooo much easier to shuffle trailers with it then with our front skidsteer quick attach hitch deal like yours.... just my opinion
We put gooseneck balls on all our box blades works well moving a 32 ft trailmaster gooseneck. One difference is we have them on the back of the blade using it on a Deere 5065m.
Love that Blazer! I used to have a 89 that looked just like yours wheels and all other than mine was solid black. And I had a 79 at the same time. Wish I kept the 89 though. Nice trailer.
Can you put a go pro under the hinge so we can see how it works. Get a 3 point hitch mover for moving the goosenecks around. They have a ball by the top link
Nice trailer! I have a Gatormade hydraulic dove tail it will also pick up a tractor, you will love it the more you use it. You can also lift the axles off the ground on mine to change a tire without busting out a jack I bet yours will do the same!

My three leveling jacks are remote control, one is the tongue jack so I can sit in my truck and back up while getting the hitch at the exact right height. the four stabilizers all operate from my convenience panel. I have a small boat with a remote control electric winch. What great way to load the boat. I have a remote control electric winch on the cab of my truck to winch up anything I want to the top. Used it for years to pull up a large Hobie Pro Angler on a home made trailer with folding ramps. What you are describing with the gooseneck design, is the relief of stress risers. The larger the radius to turn the corner the more you spread out that stress. I have seven jacks on my travel trailer. Dad and I bought a 20k 32ft big Tex gooseneck and the "little" John Deere tractor we had couldn't pick it up at all. It definitely doesn't look like is the same size tractor you have so now I understand why the little guy couldn't even budge it. The only thing I wish my trailer had is ramps...
You need to look around the tractor equipment sites. There are a bunch of multi - purpose trailer movers made. most have: 3 point attachment, trailer ball on top, chain hooks, a square trailer hitch receiver. Look for one that has "clevis style" lower hitch points instead of the pins that stick out ( stronger and easier to attach ) Search 3 point hitch trailer mover
The pj uses the same kti hydraulic unit in the rear and has a locking bar, my dovetail is sturdy if i put it down on the locks. Anyways nice trailer and how much did you pay for it?
Please tell me there is a mechanical lock on that dovetail, and its not just carrying the weight on hydraulic lines that could break under pressure. The scenario I am envisioning is the entire weight of this thing bouncing when you hit a bump and pressure spikes in the hydraulic lines causing a burst.
Lol of course it has a mechanical lock. You can watched it go up over level and come back down to lock the tail mechanically lock. Would be completely ridiculous to sell a product to the general public without a mechanical lock like that what I does have.

I live in the Nevada County area and I own and operate a Komatsu PC75UU-3. My 97 f800 flatbed dump truck just doesn't enough muscle to move my excavator. The dump truck has a 12 valve 5.9 Cummins and an Allison, but it weighs 13,000 unloaded. Do you ever move other people's equipment? And if so may I ask how much you charge? My excavator weight is about 18,000 lbs.
Awesome trailer, that plate on that takeuchi will move the gooseneck all day, I move mine a lot with my svl95. Those are great for loading the small trailers on the big ones saves me a bunch of effort with strawblowers and pumps. Did you not have interest in the side ratchets? Mine are welded but they make securing stuff quick and dirty the sliders would be even better. For what’s its worth when you crawl over the Gatormade it leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion.
I do agree that diamond c probably makes a great trailer but unaffordable for us that want one for personal use non-business. Possibly find one on the used side of the house... I am having to seek other options.
Is a hydrolic dove tail bad for leakdown? I ran one 18 yrs ago. And it wasn't new. You hit a bump it would leak off. We'd have to stop every so often to relevel.
Its all your fault.. I watched a video of your a few months ago and you were looking at someone else's Diamond C. I was impressed and looked for a dealer here in Ontario and the had a 2018 triaxle s/w and bought one right there and then. I love it and its design.
The right front axle on your trailer, the streaks on it. That's sometimes a sign of loose lug nuts if you had driven through some water, might want to check that or the hub seal? I'm still here and I'm not beating on ya'. It is a good looking trailer.
My 12ft dump trailer is diamond C as well love it but probably going to sell it and get a gooseneck dump 18ft on with a stronger hydro lift 6 yards of dirt barley wants to lift. But anyways badass trailer my man🤘🏽🇺🇸
One question what happened if you blow a hydraulic line going down the road or a fitting loosens is there something that locks it up so it doesn’t slam to the ground?
Tyrrell Roach I’ll have to show how it works better. Cylinders do not hold it up. Cylinders push a locking device and it cams over and doesn’t leak off or if a line breaks tail stays locked up

Yes u should !! I had a 1977 chevy c30 camper special DRW. 454 4spd.. I started my hauling buisness with it in 1996 at 17 drove it till 2000 . put 300k miles on it. Made so much money with it.. 5-6mpg pulling 10klb back then gas was $1 so it was all good..

Nice trailors the problem with nice trailors is no one ever washes them they just let the salt and calcium and every thing else on the road if you see it start to get little rust take care of it before it rots the hole thing i know because im spoll welding shop and people bring lot of realy nice trailors to me once their to far gone they end up junking nice trailor only

Thomas Schachtel rated to lift 10k in the middle rather than all the weight on the very very end. It lifted same tractor no problem when I was forward 3 feet

hello let me have an opinion when loading the tractor and the trailer 1ºthe shovel inside the trailer the tractor and the trailer as you put it in, then unhook the trailer, lift the shovel, close the trailer so that the pen is dento of the tailer and greets everything a little idea sorry for my intrusion
I don’t have a 3 point hitch set up to move it. And I also use the tractor to move pallets often so I need a heavier attachment on the back to counter balance the machine when moving pallets. I would have to swap stuff to often on the 3 point and I don’t have that kind of time. Plus I can use the skid steer to move with this same plate
I really appreciate the experiment with the dump trailer you have given me a idea and saved me some time none the less I constantly have to run 2 trucks to get the machine and the dump trailer-site I will throw up a video when I get mine. I like the drone. I got one of them also you get such a better perspective

The 3 point hitch for trailers works amazing. I haven’t found something I can’t move. You can get one for $200.
Put it on the back connected to the 3 point and itll move the gooseneck no problem.

You can option that deck to be oak on the outsides and rubber in the middle. Which might matter when wet walking.

Man, why not move your trailers (including the gooseneck) with a 3 point hitch??
I don’t have a 3 point hitch set up to move it. And I also use the tractor to move pallets often so I need a heavier attachment on the back to counter balance the machine when moving pallets. I would have to swap stuff to often on the 3 point and I don’t have that kind of time. Plus I can use the skid steer to move with this same plate
So..........could we see the 12 and the small Kubota excavator on the deck of the new trailer at the same time headed to a job??🤔

I really appreciate the experiment with the dump trailer you have given me a idea and saved me some time none the less I constantly have to run 2 trucks to get the machine and the dump trailer-site I will throw up a video when I get mine. I like the drone. I got one of them also you get such a better perspective
