A simple fix for the dog ears dragging is use the same poly that is made for plows and you could actually use the same idea a snow pusher uses. Where the side of the boxes have poly that moves up and down just adapt it to this specific trailer just a simple thought maybe a easy solution. Cheers hope she works great for ya!

Could an Off The Shelf poly for a snow pusher be bolted on? Alternatively, rollers like they use on the back end of a motorhome to keep it from scraping the ground. I just ordered a pair of rollers off Amazon for a trailer I'm building earlier this afternoon.. very reasonablely priced.

The sheer aspect of being able to load multiple pallets without having to do the pallet shove is amazing and worth it.
Though I would see about getting some rubber bumpers for those dog ears because you can't always rely on workers to be as conscious about not dragging them.

I would prefer that the rear of the trailer had rollers similar to what is on a small roll-off container ...Not a fan of the dog ear for a number of reasons , one being the marks left by the dragging them and they will grind down the nothing and on surfaces not level The belt is just too close the the ground...otherwise the trailer is fantastic ....

Think this is AWESOME! And is a game changer when you have restricted access, which many do when working in cities or on houses w/ zero clearance. Very very useful and like how a concrete Co saw an issue and took it upon themselves to build TOOLS to outfit their crews….. It’s how it goes, as with all the tools out there today; there’s still times when you find yourself on a jobsite in a sitch & you adapt, which means Frankensteining something together (I know you reading this have done this…..if been in trades for 20+ yrs….it’s inevitable that you made yourself a tool😉) for getting job done. That’s how dreams are made baby👍🏻

Make it to be replaced as needed just like the snow plows ensuring no metal comes into contact with pavement or concrete surfaces.

This unloader, reminds me of a guy in a foreign country I believe, unload about a 40 foot enclosed with stuff as big as double nested bales of hay. He somehow let the back end tip down close to the ground and drove off slowly letting it all out. No mistakes. I doubt it had a hydraulic fifth wheel but looking at this, it might have had something similar. It was a youtube "what's going to happen here ?" type show. So it wasn't about the truck. It was about the guys skill. The bales were a good 8" high with a tarp over top as I recall. Amazing. 4/30/2022

👍 That one is " A KEEPER " that will work all four seasons, a dream trailer one could only idealize in the mind BUT had to invest in too many hours engineering in the shop,. A fabricating shop VERY FEW have or could invest the time and materials to build.
    AWESOME WINNER 😍😍😍😍😍👌🙏

There is another company that makes these out west and they are ridiculously high, doesn’t seem as nice as these trailers either. If a man could get the trailer in the video for 20-25k, not a bad buy in this market

Interesting tech! A bit obscure, Thanx for showing it off. I'm definitely looking forward to your use & how well it spreads. Didn't hear overall cost? & I've seen some of that type of belt used over the years, some of them outlasted the drive motors, lol!

Try putting the truck in neutral when pushing the pallet load off along with leaving the skids on the trailer off the ground it won't tear up the road or the pallet

    That trailer is FANTABULOUS!
As long as it isn’t used in demolition work (broken concrete or heavy stones with sharp edges) this trailer should have a long life cycle.
How long do they warranty it?
Thanks for bringing everyone along for this demo. Good video as always.

We’ve used the ANTS trailer for our concrete business for 4 years and do concrete and masonry demolition and we’ve had no belt issues and still using the original belt
