Ok I didn't comment on that video, but the stardust breaker/soul punisher whatever you call it that was used on Broly is definitely not the same as the one he used against Janemba.

WAIT REALLY?? I've played budokai 3 and infinite world since like 2010 and didn't know that 😭
In Budokai 3 this is how it works, but in Infinite World it works differently (and is way easier, but it makes sense why Doto wouldn’t have known about it). When teleporting you hold the direction away from the opponent instead of towards them, and then you get a teleport without an attack.
@@CloudMountainJuror I never knew about that, I would trigger it on accident sometimes and wonder how I did it, but never could figure out how. Currently playing infinite world myself so that helps. Thank you ^_^

You know what I'm surprised you didn't do this sooner those fights looked legitimately tough
a tip that, doesnt matter now obviously but, if you go burst mode while goku/vegeta and do the fusion, im pretty sure thats why you keep being Gogeta in burst mode.
this is bad because burst mode cuts your fusion time in half. so your best bet is to charge to 7 ki, and try to fuse without the super armor so that you have twice as much time as Gogeta.
Another thing, since you were already 'cheating' by buying gogeta, you can buy it actually multiple times to level it up. im not entirely sure what it does but, you could've totally done that with like level 5 gogeta lol.

You can actually cancel your hit when you teleport by holding "back" upon reentry and you can also cancel into your ultimate after teleporting. Also the CPU on Z difficulty reads some of your inputs that's why some people use Tool Assisted Runs to remove that.
Darn; if only you were up against base form Janemba. The size difference would have granted you the short character status that seems to do well in the majority of your fights in this playthrough.
3:55 - You can run out of stamina even in the time limited fusion!? Gosh, this game and it's stamina gauge is brutal.
6:40 - I was waiting for this to happen, anticipating it with glee, and the results certainly didn't disappoint. Love how Ki's blasts bounce off of tubby Gogeta. Truly the superior Gogeta.
14:50 - I was expecting one last fight of some kind to pop up... interesting choice in having Pikon as the climactic finale.

Spoiler alert, pikkon is LITERALLY A DEMON I SPENT SO MANY MONTHS IN MY CHILDHOOD TRYNA BEAT HIM
Regarding the teleporting behind without hitting, I can't remember for infinite world but in budokai 3 if you held the x button down instead of just pressing it you would teleport without hitting them

Yo Doto, idk if you'll see this but I thought of something fun you'd might enjoy with Deion since you both play DBFZ actively. There's this mod out called DBFZ ultimate and its REALLY good, giving a bunch of love to the characters and a cool ass passive system. I think you'd really like it if you played it and fucked around with Deion. Also they made yamcha a crazy good character with the buffs they made.

Watching Janemba vs Super Buu on Very Hard difficulty on Raging Blast 2 reminds me of these fights. Pure skill. And yes, I watch fights in RB2 because they can be insane. Wouldn't find me doing that with Xenoverse 2, the fights are as boring as watching paint dry. Worse actually. But I guess that what you get when you strip out all of the "anime-perfect" counter mechanics. 🤷♂ "Paid $60 bucks for a fighting game, just got a blocking game." You just described Xenoverse 2 perfectly. Except it's a 6-year-old game that still cost OVER $100 for a "Complete Edition." If Xenoverse 2 shared the same combat/counter mechanics and graphics as Raging Blast, it would've been a damn near perfect DBZ game.
