    I have a question. But say you bought a property in your personal capacity. But then transferred that property into an LLC in estate, which it resides then you were later sued or had a personal claim against you would the judgment against you or would the plaintiff be able to take the property that you had put into an LLC

    Thank you for making and sharing the video. Just want make sure I am clear, if money is borrowed to purchase a property and the buyer wants to transfer the property into an LLC later on then permission must be asked from the lender to do this, correct? Otherwise the lender may request for the balance to be paid in full. Please confirm, thank you!

    in Oregon it is said you can claim your home if the Morgage has been sold and the documentation is not followed the original paperwork, no paper trail. the loan, plus the people have a modified Morgage. The original mortgage was done, and they used the someone else's credit rating to determine the rate and stopped the people from viewing the loan paperwork before the loan was competed. That being that the loan rate was higher than it should have been. Not sure anymore if it can be proven due to the lack of paperwork from the original moorage. other than what the people have. Original mortgage and then modified Morgage due to health reasons could not work and just after the modification filed bankruptcy. Now can't sell the home and get their equity due to the modified Morgage. And it has been over ten years with no late payments.

    Kind of similar to this, a family member rewrote her grandmother's will, signed it with a false signature, and the lawyer she was using was shady AF. and he wrote it up, notarized it himself, had his wife as the witness. And nobody knew about the change until my grandmother pass, and by then there was no proof that it was a false signature or if my grandmother changed her signature due to old age, but it wasn't even close.

    My parents just bought property that has either a conservation easement or a setback to where they have to have area aeound their main property set aside for migrating animals. My mother actually chose their property because of this migration route.
